Excellent retreat for 4 couples! Great kitchen amenities for cooking. Comfy beds. One point on directions: GPS doesn't provide accurate route. When on Rochford Road, turn on Lofty Pines, then on Pebble Pines.Good location!

We all enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again next year!

We saw deer and turkeys feeding right outside the back door each morning and the overall area was really beautiful and very well taken care of. We had zero issues. Great experience and we will be back for sure.

Excellent accommodation for our family vacation. Well stocked. Great views from all angles. The hot tub was great in the mornings. Close to Mickelson trail. Beautiful!! Highly recommend!

Beautiful House Great Location South of Lead SD

Beautiful new house South of Lead SD. So nice, 5 bedrooms all with big beds, great for a group of adults. We had fun, grilled steaks on an awesome grill. Kitchen was very well stocked with all the cooking and eating tools. Most bedrooms had TV's but not all, we didn't have any time for TV anyway. The clubhouse was awesome a few miles down the road. Again we didn't have time to get in the pool but checked it out and it was very nice. We played table shuffle board in the clubhouse and had fun.

Great place but hard to find.

This house is built on a newer road that isn’t recognized by Apple Maps. Google Maps took us down several miles of gravel that were unnecessary and then left us in the middle of a road lost. Our friend ended up stumbling upon the road and had to come find us and get us to the place. As time goes on and this road becomes recognized, it will be a non-issue. The showers have almost zero water pressure. Even when there was only one shower being used, the pressure was like spit. I really hope they get this fixed. With all the nice properties in this area, this shower pressure will make us choose a different property in the future. The Roku for the tv in the master bedroom didn’t work. The tv would turn on but wouldn’t load any apps so you could watch anything. This was fine for us as we were tired when we got to bed. We just like the noise, but not a deal breaker. The house is beautiful! They have two full washer/dryer pairs which is so nice. There were TONS of towels, blankets and pillows. Again, very nice! Towels are always an item that we run out of on vacations. The couch and chairs In the living room are very comfortable! The kitchen has everything you could ever need. The beds are comfy and the house is very open and nice. The shower is an issue for sure but otherwise this place is great!

Housekeeping was not through...need to replace stained comforter and clean prior guests face imprints from the windows and attach towel racks to the wall.

Reviewer Comments: Our stay could not have been more perfect! This home is absolutely beautiful. I have never been in a vacation home that was so well equipped and supplied, from extra sheets and blankets, to Keurig pods, spices, condiments, etc. The large gathering spaces inside and outside were perfect for our group of 10 people. A very quiet, serene space with top notch amenities. The hot tub was clean and hot, with ample beachtowels to use with it or the pool, which we did not use. We appreciated parking all 3 of our cars in the large garage. The zero entry and access to main floor was much appreciated by our guest with mobility constraints. A notebook explaining everything was availablTto peruse. It is a brand new house in a brand new subdivision, so a little tricky to find, but definetly doable. Hands down the nicest VRBO I've ever stayed at, 10/10!!
