Majestic Pines is one of those Black Hills cabins you reminisce about every year and want to visit again! Just a block or two within walking distance over to the main Powder House Pass Clubhouse with 2 pools (one heated and open all year), game room, and more! Majestic Pines is an amazing 3,300+ sq. ft. property located just off the highway on a fully paved road within Powder House, with very easy access to the ATV and snowmobile trial system and the main road that connects you into Lead/Deadwood! There's a nice driveway, along with access to the two stall garage as well. Situated on a corner lot with a wrap-around deck great for viewing wildlife and enjoying the outdoors!

You'll be surrounded by wonderful ATV/snowmobile trails, close proximity to skiing at Terry Peak and a short 15 minute taxi ride into Deadwood! There's a grocery store in Lead just 5 minutes away with all of your essentials as well. Trail #5 snowmobile trail is about 1/4 mile from the property and you can easily ride your sleds over to the trail from the property! Spearfish Canyon is also just 5-10 minutes away with is great fishing, hiking, and waterfall attractions! Some of the best features of the location are you'll have fully paved roads, hi-speed internet, plenty of parking and an additional overflow parking lot for trailers that everyone in the subdivision has access to on a first come, first serve basis.

The lodge has an open concept with the well stocked kitchen, living, and dining room that seamlessly come together with a large vaulted ceiling with floor-ceiling windows! There's comfortable seating in the main living room, a large TV and fireplace. The Main level living area leads out to covered deck with a private forest view. There's a gas grill on the deck as well for those days enjoying a day grilling with your family and friends!

The lower level is complete with a large TV for watching movies, and walk-out to the covered patio that includes a hot tub! It's a wonderful spot to enjoy a movie while on vacation, or sit under the stars in the hot tub.

What a lovely place to call home for a bit!!

We rented this lovely home for our kids and grandkids to join us The grandkids loved the area, the walk to the pools and the pools themselves! We also enjoyed many beanbag games in the garage when it rained outside. The kitchen is in the open so perfect for visiting while food prep was going on The furnishings and decor are beautiful. We highly recommend!

Family Christmas

We stayed here for the holiday with family, so that we could ski, hike, & just enjoy time together. This is a spacious house that provided enough beds & space for everyone. The clubhouse is an added bonus to allow everyone to swim & play games. We used the hot tub, though we did struggle with having enough towels for everyone to rotate thru and places to hang them to dry in between issues. Other than that - this property offered everything and more for our family to spend Christmas together.

Family get together

We liked bedroom layout, worked well for our group. Cleaning could have been better. Maintenance was lacking - master bath faucet sprayed all over on right sink, master bedroom door and half bath door hinges needed oil, needed large (family size) fry pan in kitchen. Deck on side of house and front were covered with tree sap. We did have a blast but the above items would have made it that much better!

Loved the stay. It seemed the highlight for our group was sitting around the fire pit after a long day out. We never made it to the hot tub or the community center. Everything was spotless and very well decorated. The garage door on the right did have a few hiccups with not wanting to close, and the coffee pot that was on the counter didnā€™t work well, but there was a spare in the broom closet. Nothing we encountered would have discouraged our stay. We had a group of 7 adults and never ran out of hot water trying to get our showers in. The neighborhood was quiet and everyone slept great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the home with 5 couples to ride the Black Hills. First, the garage accommodated all of our motorcycles which was wonderful! Next, there was overflow parking allowing for the trailers to be parked out of the driveway or property. The home itself was gorgeous! Big beautiful first floor for everyone to hang out together and have meals. Great wrap around deck with a gas fireplace to enjoy in the evening. All bedrooms had great beds and bedding and 3.5 baths were ample for our group. There were lots of towels in the bathrooms and a basket of towels to use for the hot tub. 2 sets of washer/dryers were perfect for wasking clothes for the group. The home was close to downtown Lead and Deadwood. I think the only thing I would say is that we only were given one roll of papertowels-thankfully we brought extra. Was a fantastic home and we will definitely consider for future trips!
