Historic home renovated soup to nuts by designer. Exquiste detailing includes limestone kitchen floor, restored 18th c. wood panelling, state of the art new bathrooms, designer fabrics and furniture.

'Tiger LIly' is situated on rural Lily Street but still in the heart of town....close to all major restaurants, museums, library, movie theatre food shopping and boutiques on Main Street. 10 minute bicycle ride to famous Steps Beach. Off street parking for two cars. Gorgeous private garden with access to kitchen through french doors. Sub Zero frig, Bertazzoni range, Bosch dishwasher, microwave, large Franke sink. Bosch washer and dryer are conveniently located in kitchen behind two custom panelled doors.

The master bedroom has a king bed with an en suite bathroom, dressing area and flat screen TV. The queen bedroom is also en suite with a flat screen TV. There is a single bedroom with an en suite full bath. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bath with the other queen bedroom. All three full baths are spanking new with bright beautiful tiles and tastefully coordinated with polish nickel chrome.

This is a wonderful house to spend time with your family or a couple's retreat. The TV room is conveniently located off the kitchen creating a nice relation beween chef and TV watchers. After a day at the beach park your car in the driveway, walk up the stone stairs through the beautiful private garden and either shower off in a unique outside shower, grab a drink and enjoy the afternoon sun on the patio or start cooking in your gormet style kitchen. Cook your meals outside on the gas weber grill or inside on the Bertazzoni range. After dinner curl up on the long comfortable sofa and enjoy either the Bose system or watch a flic or TV show. Beyond the TV room is a more formal but relaxing living room drenched in afternoon sunshine. Off the dining room is a unique office with access to the garden with computer and daybed.

What a lovely stay at TigerLily! The antique 1790 house has so many delights- from the beautiful patio garden to the sleeping porch to the claw foot tub and ivy draped outdoor shower. Our third stay and always enjoy the house and owner’s hospitality. Perfect in town location with parking.

Abby's home is beyond perfection. It's beautiful inside and out (oh her garden!). Lily Street is close to Nantucket center, yet quiet and private. Abby is a gracious host. We enjoyed our time immensely. Thanks Abby!

Tiger Lily stay

Excellent location and updated kitchen / bathrooms made living in a historic home very pleasant. Proximity to bakery was also a surprise, so every morning at 8 am we’d get bread for day. Only nit was lack of some common kitchen utensils for use in kitchen……mixing bowls, spatulas for flipping eggs, etc. , but otherwise, kitchen was lovely.

Beautiful house - highly recommend

The home is fantastic — spacious and cozy at the same time, beautifully updated with lots of charm and very well maintained. It’s very comfortable for a family with plenty of room to gather together and also space to spread out for some quiet time. The outdoor garden space is a great for relaxation and enjoyment. The location is ideal and Abby was very attentive.

Perfect Nantucket home!

This is a fantastic property! It’s location is perfect, on a darling street just a five minute walk to town. The home is the perfect combination of classic Nantucket, with well appointed finishes. It’s spacious, we had two teenagers and grandparents, and has a great outdoor space. Abby was so kind and easy to work with. We love this property!!

Pleasantly surprised

I had spoken to property owner before arriving but I really didn’t know what to expect. My only criticism is that the pictures didn’t do it justice, especially the garden, it was so lovely. Good mix of updates with traditional. As one of my children said, the important things were updated (kitchen, bathrooms) and the traditional remains (wood work).

Beautifully Appointed ACK Home

Abby's home is beautifully decorated, large, and comfortable within a 2-minute walk to the center of town. The amenities are great, the outdoor shower feels like you are at a spa and the outside garden/area is sophisticated and private. There is a private parking pad for 2 cars and the street is one of the best in Nantucket.

Wonderful historic home 5 minute walk to Nantucket town!

Abby was wonderfully attentive and accommodating. Her home is beautiful and comfortable and is conveniently located near town. We enjoyed cooking several nights in her gourmet kitchen!

Loved our July 2019 stay at Lilypad.

We (4 women friends) very much enjoyed our stay at Likypad for a week in July. The house is on a quite street very close to Main Street restaurants and shops. Abby was a lovely, helpful owner. We ran out of propane while preparing dinner one evening and she immediately had a replacement delivered. The patio us a lovely place to rest, read, or have cocktails and dinner.

In Town Treasure

I hesitate to leave this review because it's akin to sharing a best-kept secret with the world, but I must. The home is impeccably maintained and exudes charm from years past. It feels rich in Nantucket history. The original floors are stunning - and soft underfoot, the many rooms give everyone a place to spread out and enjoy the classic surroundings. The bookshelves are filled with history - just amazing. Of course the proximity to town is unbeatable and nightly walks to dinner or The Juice Bar are a must. Abby is a pleasure to interact with and was completely responsive. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this lovely home, and wish it were my own! ;)

Highly recommend!

This was our first visit to Nantucket as we were attending our nephew’s wedding. The house was very conveniently located, within walking distance to town and the wedding activities. It was even better than the description and Abby, the owner, was responsive to any question we had during our stay. If we visit Nantucket again, we will plan to stay at 27 Lily Street!

Very nice, very convenient

We loved this place last summer. We walked to town (~5 minutes) and bikes to the beaches. My wife and I enjoyed dining out with friends and felt very comfortable allowing the kids to roam in town. The house was quaint but also very nicely renovated - great combo. We had another family over our last night for lobsters, drinks and games and it was a perfect setting. We really didn’t have any complaints. We would absolutely stay there on a future trip.

Dream Property

Thank you for a wonderful three weeks staying at "Tiger Lily". This is my fifth time renting in ACK and prefer to stay in town. This house checked all my boxes...beautifully decorated with high end finishes and appliances, two off street parking spaces, A/C, pretty outdoor space, outside shower and quiet at night (staying in town can be noisy!). It is simply a beautiful and comfortable home for those seeking a high end rental. The added bonus is an attentive owner who oversees all details (house is pristine!) and is very responsive. Exquisite property in all respects.

Beautifully Restored In-Town Antique

We wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying in your beautiful home. It was absolutely "perfect"! You have done a spectacular job restoring, renovating and finishing your home with top-of-the line appliances, furnishings and amenities. "Tiger Lily" was very comfortable for our family of 6 adults, and the short 5 minute walk to town was great for strolling to dinner in the evening. There is nothing to be "wished for".... Gourmet kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, TV's, WiFi, gorgeous outdoor patio... Everything new, crisp and clean in this fabulous historic home. We've already booked for next year!

A Show House

We took our family (ages 22, 23, 24 & 26) to Nantucket for a much needed vacation in late June. This was our second family trip to this beautiful island and my 10th. I did lot of research in finding the right rental to meet our family's needs. My criteria was very discriminating. First, I wanted a modern kitchen with state of the art appliances and work area. Secondly, I wanted a well appointed home in both furnishings and amenities. Thirdly, I wanted an area that our family could congregate and lastly, I wanted an in town location. This house met every item on my list and then some. We spent many late nights playing cards at the kitchen table, many mornings on the patio sipping coffee and only to be followed by early evening cocktails discussing our action adventure day. We rented bikes for the week and explored the entire island by bike. Madaket Beach was our favorite ride and lunch spot. We visited Bartlett's Farm, Cisco Brewery (2x's), went deep sea fishing, seal watching excursion and of course, shopping. We had great dining experiences at all of our restaurants, but must say one of the highlights was going to Galley Beach for a beautiful sunset and dinner. The owner, Abby, was a gracious hostess. Easy booking, check in and check out. Upon our arrival, we had a lovely floral bouquet along with a delicious breakfast cake. And the home was immaculate! If you are a discriminating individual and like the nicer things in life, this home is for you!

Fabulous is an understatement

We arrived in this charming home to find beautiful fresh flowers and the most heavenly kitchen we had ever seen. The rest of the home is equally as wonderful. It is the perfect mix of modern with its renovated baths and historic. The owner has done a remarkable job of decorating. We found the bedrooms to be very comfortable and the living spaces to be quite ample for our family. The charming home office came in handy on more than one occasion. The outdoor patio is beautifully landscaped and appointed. The photos , although wonderful, do not do it justice as it is even more heavenly in person. We had one of the family vacations ever in this gorgeous setting. I must admit I teared up when it was time to leave our fabulous rental on Lily Street. If you are fortunate enough to get to go to Nantucket, I would highly recommend this one. Abby is a terrific owner and extremely responsive. A clogged drain was repaired in minutes. This is a sophisticated rental for the most discerning traveler. The location could not have been better. We were within walking distance to the fabulous Petticoat Bakery where we went each morning for breakfast buns, the most decadent treat ever. We were able to walk to dinner and Company of the Cauldron is not to be missed. We also ate at Straight Wharf Restaurant and American Season, both of which were divine. The later is a two second walk from the house. The magnificent beaches are like none other. Nantucket is a special destination and I hope we are able to return soon. Thanks, Abby, for allowing us the opportunity to lease your remarkable home.

Lily St house

This house is amazing in many ways. It is decorated meticulously and has great proximity to town. We went with several couples and there is great space for everyone to hang out or find a spot to be alone. The outdoor patio is great for breakfast lunch or dinner or to just spend time outside. I can't recommend this highly enough. Abby is a great host she answered any questions we had and made the stay as if it were our own home. Jim
