Brant Point Beach House, 5 Bed, 2 blocks from 2 beaches, walk to town

Perfect for a multi-generational family, two families with children or for five couples. Bedrooms on first and second floors. At the end of a private oyster-shell lane, this beach house has a wonderfully quiet location yet is close to town and beaches. Adjacent to 2 acre Land Bank preserve.

The house faces south, so sunlight floods the living room, great room and kitchen. It has a light and airy feel. There's an outdoor shower, of course. Large deck and large Weber gas grill, too.

2016 house lift makes the most of views of conservation land. Just renovated second floor bath with sky blue marble, rain head shower and powerful wand. New marble bath with clawfoot tub, new floors, all new furniture and decor.

Children's Beach is a 1/4 mile away. Jetties Beach, with its snack bar, changing rooms and bathrooms, is a 1/2 mile away. Many guests don't bring a car but walk or bike. There is two parking spots on the private lane in front of house.

We don't allow weddings or parties, apologies. You must be 25 years of age to rent this home and provide proof with a drivers license.
