The home is even more stunning in person! It underwent a full renovation prior to the 2020 season in all the bathrooms, kitchen and floors getting completely redone.

As you approach the home, the front gardens of this house are an array of color all summer long. Charming picket fences, wooden trellis and landscaping create a picturesque vacation home. There is a relaxed Summer feeling throughout the house. Of course there is central air conditioning which adds to the comfort and pleasure of this home. A large main floor master bedroom suite with dressing area and private bath is attractively decorated with a small sitting area for a cozy spot for morning coffee or afternoon relaxing. The comfortable sunroom has plenty of seating for viewing television and offers an additional way to the patio. Outdoors, there is plenty of space for grilling, outdoor dining or relaxing in the sun. Upstairs the two bedrooms are separated by a good sized loft area perfect for curling up with a book or playing board games. The loft looks over the cathedral ceiling living room. The first floor is open concept with dining, living and kitchen flowing seamlessly for easy entertaining. There is also a bath with shower and laundry area. You will also enjoy the great outdoor shower which has hot and cold running water and while it s enclosed for privacy, it is open to the sky

This home rents SATURDAY-SATURDAY. During the high season it can only be rented in one-week increments. The rental includes full use of the community pool and Har Tru tennis courts.

Paradise Near Town

My family and I have rented a lot of houses through VRBO over the years - in the Cape and Martha's Vineyard and hands down this was the best...super clean, beautiful furniture, perfect layout, amazing location, great backyard and awesome community pool and tennis courts. Would rent again in a heartbeat. Loved this place!

Beautiful Property, Beautiful Place

We had a lovely stay over 4th of July week in Nantucket. Sunny Days is a beautiful house, well maintained with pretty much everything one could need for a wonderful visit to the Island. Location is central to everything, easy biking distance to town or Surfside. We had 6 and could easily have had 2 or 3 more people comfortably staying there.

Fabulous house! Great family neighborhood and within a short bike ride or car ride to Main St. Miki was always available to answer any questions or give recommendations for restaurants etc. I would highly recommend this property!

Sunny Days is the perfect rental property! Itā€™s a beautiful, clean and well organized home that is very well stocked. Me and my family wanted for nothing during our stay. The neighborhood is the best part. Itā€™s charming and quaint and having access to the pool and tennis courts was amazing! We will definitely be renting here again.

Great neighborhood for families

House was as advertised, well stocked, clean, obviously well-managed. Our family of 6, 4, and 2 year olds were easy to placate with a combination of indoor activities, outdoor space, and the availability of the community pool which was only a short walk away. Neighborhood is stocked with similar families. Location allows quick access to Town as well as major roads to popular beaches. We'll be back.

Large modern coastal space with all the amenities

Big rooms and bathrooms, clean well stock kitchen and sitting areas. Large indoor and outdoor dining areas. Beach towels/chairs/toys readily available. Great AC:-). And a wonderful collection of summer reads for the adults and games for the kids. Tennis courts and pool amenities in the community add to the accessibility of so many fun activities. GREAT for families and great for families with young kids as well.

Great stay in prime location and neighborhood

Really enjoyed our stay at Sunny Days. It had everything we needed and plenty of room for our family of 4. Could easily fit family of 8 or two families if wanted to use the pull out couch. Communication was great and everything at the house was in great shape. Would definitely stay again!

Great place for families!

A little further out of town than we typically stay but we were able to walk to town with relative ease. The amenities were excellent both inside and out. The pool is an added bonus and got a lot of use from our 6 year old. This is a great place for families. We would def stay there again.

Fantastic rental!

Located in a perfect spot on island, this house offers the best of everything! Perfectly appointed, close to beaches, shops, and an easy walk to so much! We rode our bikes everywhereā€¦.excellent access to all the bike paths!

Fantastic home

This was our first time to Nantucket, but not our last! The home is in a wonderful location and close to good restaurants, the grocery, and, most importantly, a great beach! Miki was wonderful to deal with before our stay (she never tired of my questions about activities for children, how to get to the island, where to eat, etc.) and the one time we needed during our stay.

We just completed a 2 week stay at Sunny days. The property is in a lovely community, extremely well kept, clean and spacious. The house is well equipped and we wanted for nothing. The layout of the house was excellent for entertaining family and friends. The location is convent to everything. We could not have been more please with the house and Miki was extremely ease to deal with .

Great Vacation Property!

Sunny Days was the perfect house for our week in Nantucket. It is located close to downtown and to Surfside Beach. Bike paths are also right there. The house has everything you need for relaxing, cooking, and just hanging out. All the comforts of home are at your disposal. Definitely a place we will stay again!
