Perfect for families or friends seeking a magical getaway, the open-concept layout offers a unique and fun ambiance. Enjoy exclusive access to amenities including a large fenced saltwater heated pool, an inflatable hot tub, camping fire pits, Adirondack chairs, picnic tables, and a playground for kids. Board games and s'mores kits are provided upon request, ensuring a memorable stay. Please note, smoking is prohibited indoors and outdoors, and parties or outside guests are not permitted. Relax, unwind, and immerse yourself in nature's beauty just minutes away from the bustling city. SUMMARY
-2 queen, 1 king and 1 toddler beds,
-a full kitchen (1/2 size fridge and ice tray freezer, microwave and full size oven and range) and bathroom (shower).
Amenities include:
-one large fenced salt water heated pool, shared with owner,
-one inflatable hot tub for 4/5 people with 24 h advance request and weather permitting, not hard shell
-2 camping fire pits, with 6 red Adirondack chairs,
-a small rustic charcoal Weber
-2 picnic tables for 6/8 (do not use the one next to the main house) under tree near swing,
-a playground exclusively for kids. Under repair right now.
-hamacs spread around the property.
Nature is at its best.

Note that board games, wood logs and basket for s’mores provided (for one evening) with 24h advance request. Don’t forget to ask:) prior to your arrival.
ALWAYS inspect playground and hammocks for safety before use as they are subject to the elements.
Guest access
Guests have access to most of the grounds, except where there are signs saying private property.
No party allowed and only guests on the reservation are permitted.
2 parking spaces on site for guests. Park where it is marked. Contact me if more than 2 spaces are needed.
Other things to note
NO SMOKING inside and anywhere on property, including garden.

NO PARTY
NO OUTSIDE GUESTS ALLOWED
