Things to note:
✔ Secure, gated community so Guests driving will need to be pre-registered in advance then provide a valid drivers license and reservation information at the 24-hour manned security gate to enter the resort and obtain a parking pass upon arrival. A maximum of 3 cars is allowed per reservation.
✔ Self-check-in is provided with a smart lock/keypad, a unique smart lock code will be provided before arrival and the code will be activated at your check-in time.
✔ Guests can obtain FREE wristbands, up to a maximum of 8, and access codes from the Welcome Center at the Clubhouse for on-site resort amenities.
✔ As is custom with short term rentals in this area, essential starter supplies are provided upon arrival but not replenished throughout the Guests' stay.
✔ For the safety and security of our guests and home, we have a Google Nest Doorbell installed on the exterior next to the front door. The exterior security camera monitors the exterior front door, driveway, and road.
✔ Resort waterslides and splash pad will be closed for restoration between January 5, 2026, to approximately February 6, 2026 but the heated resort pool and hot tub will remain open.
✔ Guest is required to complete and sign the Renter Agreement and provide a copy of valid government issued photo ID to the owner within 48 hours of making the reservation or the reservation may be cancelled.
