Meadow Pine is a place to relax, unwind, disconnect from your everyday life.-- and most of all a place to make memories.

Welcome to this large gorgeous Colorado modern home that sits on over 6 very private acres in the Shilo Ranch Estates. Located in a wonderful area situated just a short 20 minute drive from Colorado Springs--this home has the privacy one desires in a location that is convenient to many amenities.

Drive up the private drive and take in the breath taking property and the beautiful modern contemporary stucco home. Meadow Pine has been exceptionally cared for and professionally decorated with a warm mixture of sophisticated European country club style and immense old school charm. The large arched windows allow for sun filled mornings. Sit at the breakfast table and take in the beautiful rolling landscape views. Enjoy the various views from inside to out thanks to the open concept living this home has. The home features wood floors in the modern kitchen and entry way but enjoy the warm cozy carpet underneath your feet throughout the rest of the house on cold Colorado nights. Upstairs enjoy a king size bed with wonderful linens in the master bedroom, large master bath, light some candles to enjoy a Jacuzzi bath tub and soak your worries away. Snuggle up with a good book and enjoy the 3 sided fireplace surrounded by your loved ones. Go back to the days of traditional game night in the main floor game room--where families come together with hot cocoa, popcorn, smiles, and lots of laughter.

During the winter spend time enjoying the property and all Colorado has to offer. Bundle up on those Colorado cold but sunny days and make snow angels or Frosty the snow man. Afterwards, get warm and cozy in the downstairs rec room, click on the fireplace, and watch a movie on the 42in LED television (1 of 3 LED TV's in the house). During the spring and summer time step on to the large deck, bird watch, count the bunnies, or enjoy other Colorado wild life--or play a game of family freeze tag on the large grassy lawn.

This home comfortable sleeps 8-12 people. Laundry is on the main floor and
there is a 3 car garage with full access for you to use.

Stay was absolutely AMAZING, property is so beautiful, sunrises and sunsets were stunning and the host provided everything needed, huge awesome house that had everything needed, the house was very clean and just made the stay so easy. Instructions and everything was very clear. The host Ms Lorraine answered every question asked and provided everything needed for a wonderful time!!! We will def be back!!!Thank YOU!!!!!

2025 Family Vacation

This place was absolutely perfect for our short family getaway to Colorado Springs! Our family of 8 had more than ample room to move around and the location made it soo peaceful (we live in a larger city). The views were spectacular! I'd book this place over and over again!

Ideal layout and amazing view

We stayed here over Christmas, visiting family living in the area. Our extended family is too large to stay in one house now, so some of us stayed at VRBO's. (We weren't here during the day, just used it for sleeping and breakfast.) The layout of this house was perfect for our group - 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main level plus 2 bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs. Spacious living area and an excellent view of Pikes Peak from the huge windows! The house was nicely decorated for Christmas, including a Christmas tree and fresh flowers. We did not have any issues, and the owner was quick to respond to inquiries. We would stay here again1

Big, beautiful home

I wish we'd have spent more time in this house. It's absolutely gorgeous and comfortable and convenient. We gathered for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary and spent most of the time at their place in High Forest Ranch. It was great for my husband and I, our kids and grandkids to have a big place to spread out and come back to. Very clean. Lovely views. Highly recommend for big families.

Views,views, and more views!

Coming from south Texas the views couldn't have been any better. The house was immaculate and we arrived to fresh flowers on the table. A welcoming touch especially after being on the road for over 18 hours. Kitchen is well furnished, as well as, the bathrooms, which had thoughtful amenities like shampoo, lotion, etc.. Beds were cozy with plenty of pillows and nice linens. The house is very spacious with enough room for all 8 of us to have some solidarity if needed. We were concerned about the location being too far from the main attractions, but it was just far enough to get away from the hustle and bustle, yet, close enough that the drive wasn't bad at all. We do recommend timing your outings so that you don't hit rush hour traffic. It's a peaceful community with plenty of space for kids to romp and play safely outside. I especially, enjoyed waking to see the horses grazing in the pastures. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope we are able to return next year. Kind regards, The Holmes Family

Awesome Place!

Came in town with family for my niece's wedding. Loved the location of the property. Beautiful countryside! There is not much around for groceries or other stuff so stock up. We absolutely loved the area. Pastures and rolling hills, beautiful sunsets and sunrises, and just piece and quiet. We would definitely recommend you check out the property! Larraine was great to communicate with and very responsive to questions and requests. A joy to work with! One of our favorite of all out VRBO locations!

Family of the Bride

This clean and spacious house was able to accommodate 10 adults and an 2 month old for one of our daughterā€™s wedding. Port-a-crib was a surprise. Landry room off the kitchen was used more than expected. We didnā€™t have much time to enjoy the outside seating but the view was amazing and peaceful. It meant so much to have all our family under one roof. It was worth the drive! Would definitely stay there again!

When you pay $400+ for cleaning fees

When you pay a large amount to stay in a place for 9 days with an added more pricey than usual cleaning fees and you spend your first day cleaning up what the cleaners miss, kind of a problem. If this site would let me post pictures I would add them to my review but it does not. And I understand everyone has different cleaning standards but I think dusting the ceiling fans and tables usually come standard in the cleaning process one would think and maybe next time have the house cleaner hit the window seals cause the all had dead flies and moths in them

Great location to our nieceā€™s wedding

Great space for us- 6 adults, 2 senior parents and two young boys 8 and 10. Kitchen is greatly equipped and paper products available throughout. The boys enjoyed the videos available, and we had enough seating for everyone. Bedding was comfortable, plenty of closet space, really appreciate the hangers. Fantastic views! We were less than two miles away from Flying Horse wedding venue, and a nice drive to groceries and restaurants. Would book this again, no doubt.
