Remodeled Beautiful St. Croix Escape--3/3 includes wifi, cable, washer/dryer

Newly remodeled to include 3 master suites each with it's own ensuite bathroom and completely repainted in lovely gray hues. Brand new mattresses as of April 2021. Two balconies for your enjoyment. Large balcony with outdoor dining table as well as separate sitting area. Lots of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy.
Condo is 2 stories and comes fully equipped. Newly installed split AC units in each bedroom and living room. First floor has 2 bedrooms both with Queen size beds, closets and dressers. One bedroom has a tv and access to the balcony where the other has no tv.
Open concept Kitchen/Living area. Living room includes all NEW furniture -sofa, loveseat and large chair with 50" flatscreen Smart TV. All TVs have cable Amazon Firesticks. Living room TV is a SMART TV with a Sonos Sound beam. Additional Sonos speaker in the loft - operable using the Sonos app on your phone.
Kitchen has sink, dishwasher, ref, island with 2 barstools and a built-in stovetop.
Large balcony off of the living room with outdoor dining room table and chairs. Additional seating on balcony as well.
Staircase to a large loft bedroom with king bed and bathroom with double sinks. Loft has its own balcony with seating and great ocean views. Have a cup of coffee and enjoy the sunset (new Keurig maker and a drip coffee maker as well).
The complex has its own pool and restaurant called Coral Sea Cafe and Restaurant.
Mill Harbour is part of condo row which includes 4 additional condo complexes. All beaches are public so you can walk down condo row and enjoy a meal at Breezes restaurant.
Mill Harbour sand is about 300 feet from the condo. Please note the condo has a breakwall - you can walk into the water via a staircase but it isn't a traditional beach. There is sand and beach chairs and a pool and restaurant all for your use. There is a long stretch of beach right next to Miill Harbour where you can walk directly into the water or just take a nice walk.
Mill Harbour is just 1.5 miles from the lovely town of Christiansted which boasts a beautiful harbor, many restaurants and bars. The island has much to offer including gorgeous beaches, beer drinking pigs, snorkeling, paddle boarding, scuba diving, charter fishing and amazing sunsets.
Check in at 2:00. Check out at 11:00 (PROMPTLY).

Unlike most Mill Harbour 3 bedroom condos, I replaced the spiral staircase with a regular staircase to the loft area which makes it much easier for carrying luggage.

The host was accommodating and the location was perfect. We enjoyed the restaurant on site which was up and running even when the electric was out all over the island for 8 plus hours. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Property on a wonderful island.

The property was in good location and access to the island life. It was easy to get to a store and to downtown. Felt safe and tucked away in quiet part of the island.

Comfy in paradise

My family had a great stay here. The location was perfect. We were able to get to all parts of the island with ease. Close to local amenities needed for our stay and easy to get in and out of. Great snorkeling area in front of the unit. The place is well decorated and clean. The beds were super comfy. We would definitely stay here again for our next visit to St croix. Thanks for a wonderful stay and for helping my family make great memories on our first trip to the island!

Our happy place!

We are from the island and whenever we visit we need a place to stay. We were very excited to have found this beautiful condo to accommodate us on our holiday trip. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. Kim was extremely responsive to our needs and was able to resolve all of our concerns during our time in her home. Cousin's 16th Birthday Trip

This was a first visit to St Croix fir my aunt (70) and cousin (16). This was my 3rd visit. It was a wonderful stay. The convenience to Christiansted, ample parking, and relative ease to reach Frederiksted. The weather, the people and the condo was comfortable. Kim was readily accessible to respond to questions. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was a nice quiet beach vacation.

Enjoyed the condo

It was the perfect condo for my group. 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed. Unfortunately there was something going on in the ocean that made the outside air smell terrible. So we didn’t get to enjoy the balconies. But I’m guessing that is temporary. It was less then 10 minutes to drive to Christensted.

Great Vacation!

First, the remodel job on this unit is great! Kim, the owner, was easy to work with and you can tell that she cares about the unit. (Thank you Kim for the mini bags of M&M’s) We loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The loft balcony has a good view of the rolling waves. I could stay up there all day listening to that sound. The unit is very conveniently located. It is only about a five minute drive to downtown Christiansted and we found that we could get to anywhere on the island within about 30 minutes (Frederiksted, Point Udall, etc.). Grocery shopping is right around the corner and Kim will provide you with several recommendations of places to eat. The restaurant on grounds was good as well. Second, this is a beach front complex. Don’t forget to take advantage of it! We snorkeled out past the grass field to the sandy channel where we spotted a Batfish, a Flying Gurnard, several rays and a turtle. If you continue on towards the breakers, you come across a coral field. Look closely, the whole place acts as a juvenile fishery. As you get closer to the breakers, larger fish can be found. It may look like a daunting distance, but the wave action from the breakers will help on the return trip. Enjoy!

Beautiful condo made a beautiful stay

I have stayed at the Mill Harbor complex a few times, and this condo is by far the nicest. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, it is very easy to have privacy while still spending great time together. The third floor balcony has a great view of the Caribbean Ocean while also being private for nice quiet morning coffee and late evening star gazing. The beds in this condo are the most comfortable of any VRBO experience we have had. All of us loved the beds, pillows, and linens. The towels were also soft and luxurious feeling. The condo is well appointed to include beach chairs and lots of beach towels. The location is great - near to the restaurants and shopping in Christiansted, but also just a short drive from Cane Bay - our favorite beach on the island. We also spent some great time on the west end and love Rhythms for lunch and some fun afternoon sun and drinks. Everyone should stop in the Spratnet Beach Bar to say hi to Calvin and Calvin Jr. Great atmosphere and fun, kind people.

Amazing Stay in St. Croix

We loved staying at our rental. It was in a centralized and easy to access location for everything we had planned for this trip. All of the bedrooms were spacious and had their own bathroom which was an added bonus. Beautiful balcony that was well equipped with beach equipment. We also thought the pool on site was well maintained and had a nice view of the ocean.

Paradise and comfort

The host was wonderful with communication and tips for travel. The condo is in the perfect location with spectacular beachfront views and was truly a dream destination. The pool was perfect for the family to have some fun in. We rented a car and traveled locally to some amazing spots like Point Udall! It was close enough to groceries, gas and any amenities we needed. The condo felt very secure and was impeccably maintained and clean. We had an amazing experience here with so much room to spread out for our family and we felt like we were living in a dream during our stay. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants the perfect vacation. Thank you so much!

Condo was clean and close to Christiansted wharf. Enjoyed just being lazy on the beach. Very refreshing swimming in the Caribbean. Sitting on balcony at night was relaxing. Great breezes. Restaurant food was good. 1st time for parrot fish. Wasn't that bad.

St. Croix condo!

We absolutely loved the condo and accommodations! The beds were super comfortable and the entire place was so well equipped! It was a central location to everything on both sides of the island. Kim was an amazing host. We can’t wait to come back again!!!

Kim was amazing

The apartment had everything Kim explained in it. Roomie and a wonderful of the ocean. Friendly neighbors and local food near by that was amazing.

Close to Christiansted

We stayed here to celebrate my fathers retirement. It was myself ,my husband,my parents and my sister and her spouse.The restaurant on site is okay. I would recommend driving out to blue water terrace or goat soup and whiskey tavern. Towards point udall you have a better restaurants. Less of a crowd. Beach here is small. We ended up checking out all the local beaches . Jack and issac bay was our favorite.Check in could have been smoother. Communication on this platform is preferred. Owner sent me an email which I didn’t know I had received. Sending a message, would have been nice to let me know to make sure I had received it. Since, in my case my email thought it was spam. Kim was nice and gave us that information right away which I appreciated. Our bathroom which was off the kitchen didn’t drain water fast enough for the shower pan not to become full of water.There was some draino under the cabinet that we used to try to alleviate the problem.I am not sure if that’s a normal issue.We did one load of laundry on our trip since we brought carry on. The vent off of dryer was so full of lint causing it to come off the wall. We noticed this because our clothes didn’t dry well. The room closest to the front door has an ant problem.They were coming in thru the window. We found some bug spray in the cabinets and used it. There definitely is an issue there since we sprayed a couple separate time on the stay.I wanted to make the owner aware. It was listed as described. We had an unfortunate miscommunication In the end kim was very upset with us for having a “service animal” on the property. I would encourage the owner to be more knowledgeable about the rules VRBO has listed. We aren’t required to notify any owners. We have not had this issue in the past on other platforms. It is against the law to discriminate about a persons service dog for their disability.She kept referring to the animal as a pet .I understand she wasn’t aware but if the property management would have asked we would have disclosed. Her main worry was about other guest who would have allergies.I understand fully as I am allergic to dogs myself but my sister has a disability which requires her to have a service animal.We were very respectful of her home. As such we didn’t allow the service animal on her furniture.He was there as in working Capacity.Our stay was great for our needs but Our interactions were unpleasant.I wish she was more understanding there was no Malicious intent.

Girls Trip 2021

This was the first of what I hope to be many annual girls trips! This condo is very clean, spacious and safe! Loved our nightly walks on the beach. Close proximity to a grocery store and downtown. Neighbors are very friendly and helpful!

Great Place

This condo was everything we expected. Kim was great to work with. Everything in the condo worked and was very clean. Locals were very friendly. The only change we would of liked was screens on the sliding doors so we could of left them open instead of using the air at night. Great place would definitely rent again

I look forward to having you as my guests. I purchased my condo in July of 2016. I love the island of St. Croix as my grandparents were born on the island and we have a long family history on St. Croix. I currently live in South Carolina but try to visit as often as possible!

Mill Harbour is a great condo complex. The beach, pool and restaurant are steps outside the door which was also a big draw to purchasing in Mill Harbour. I also appreciate that there is 24 hour a day security.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This is a luxury condo at a less expensive rate. The condo originally had a spiral staircase but when I bought it I invested in having a proper staircase buit to make it safe and prettier and easier to bring luggage to the loft bedroom. Please take great care of it.
