About the Space
This inviting home features 2 cozy bedrooms and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The first bedroom is nicely decorated and furnished with a king size bed, closet, TV and has a direct access to the backyard. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with twin size bed each and a closet.
Well-appointed bathroom that features a shower and tub combination, vanity and toilet. The interior is tastefully decorated with coastal accents, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for your stay.
The living room boasts a comfortable queen size sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space for guests. Whip up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove, coffee maker and much more or unwind in the cozy living room after a day of exploration.
A washer and dryer (shared with other guests), wireless internet, 2 car parking space in the driveway are also included. This is a non-smoking house. Linens, towels, and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests.
Experience the comfort of our backyard (shared with other guests), with table and chairs, perfect for indulging in al fresco dining or simply unwinding in a relaxed lounging atmosphere.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have access to the entire units except for a locked storage room in the kitchen designated for restocking purposes and a locked shed in the yard for maintenance items. The laundry area is shared between units, each unit's backyard is separated by a gate.
Nevertheless, the property has communal areas, including a patio laundry facility, BBQ grill and outdoor patio furniture.

*This unit and the unit attached to it are sister units, and there may be times when technicians need to access your unit to complete work for the other. We will request permission before proceeding.
*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
