Myrtlewood Villa is an estate home located in the Champions Gate Retreat, the latest premier vacation golf community. This 8 bedroom 5 bathroom home is luxury unparalleled in the Orlando, Disney World Area vacation rental market.

If you’re looking for something for a large family or group then this is the vacation rental home for you. The large family room and upstairs loft area and game room ensure there is space for everyone. No vacation home is complete without its very own private pool and spa, to make this feature stand out from the rest you will find plenty of patio furniture to accommodate everyone in the sun or shade of the covered lanai.

When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! The Champions Gate Resort area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 30 miles from Orlando international airport, Champions Gate features resort amenities such as a lazy river, huge pool with slide and tiki bar. You will also find a fitness center, restaurants, and video arcade.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

COMMUNITY PARKING RULES:
Champions Gate has a 5-car limit per-house. There are 2 parking spots available on the driveway for guests. Street parking allowed.

CHAMPIONS GATE NOW REQUIRES ALL GUESTS TO BE REGISTERED WITH THE GATE TO OBTAIN ACCESS TO THE COMMUNITY AND EVERY ADULT TO HAVE A VALID ID. Please provide Florida Spirit Vacation Homes with a list of names and drivers who will need to be registered with the gate upon booking.

House was what was advertised, pretty good condition, could use some updating but was fine for what we needed. Check in process was good for most but make sure to use while first names next time(Brad-Bradley, Pat-Patrick etc..) few had issues getting in

The house was good. The location of the house was good. It accommodated our family needs. Communication with the property manager was great.. anytime I had a question or concern they responded promptly. The only bad thing I have to say about the house is the cleanliness of it. The carpet upstairs and chair cushions at the dinner table need to be pulled up and replaced. The upstairs had a mildew smell like there was a water leak somewhere. This is not to put down the house, the house itself was nice just need those few things updated.

The house was definitely big enough for our entire group. It was disappointing that it did not have more of a game room like all other properties that we have stayed at Champions Gate. We were very disappointed in the bedroom listings. 3 of the rooms had all twin beds and 2 of them were supposed to have a twin and a double. All other bedrooms did not have an actual mattress on the bed, they had a foam topper on them. Therefore sleeping in this house for 10 days was HORRIBLE.

This property on the outside looks beautiful…The mattresses in all the rooms except for one room was extremely hard to sleep on…I paid to have the pool heated and it barely worked..The maintenance pool people came 4 days in a row and we weren’t able to use the pool for hours…The last night the pool guys left the water hose in the pool with cold water and we were able to use the pool at all on Thursday. The furniture was broken at the table and it had a hole in the walls and when wr tried to call no one answered. This home was not as expected for this price…

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For a couple of years in a row, we have supposedly been supplied pool/spa heat- it has not happened. (We heard during our stay this past week, that the spa has not worked for years!! Your company does not seem bashful in still asking for pool heat charges.Your staff, in office and in maintenance, have been very helpful, but somebody needs to red-flag the pool/spa at Myrtlewood!!!
