Property Manager should have told us there is a 12 Condo Unit been built next door, like 50 feet away, would have made another choice, 40 days only 2 days any peace Good Friday and Easter, after complaining to PM never returned emails, my opinion VRBO should refund 1/2 rate to reflect noise, had close all windows dust everywhere, so on goes AC and up goes Power Bill, 2 of us having coffee in morning on patio had scream to hear each other,

Trapp vacation

We were promptly met by the manager at the apartment and he went over all the details of what we needed to know. The location was handy.. not exactly what we expected from the reviews .Once we did some exploring we figured it out. Our frustration was that for the first 1.5 days we were randomly without running water. Very inconvenient for daily routines. Of course we had other questions that weren’t answered by the renter, which incase were minor. Nothing we couldn’t handle on our own…. Just small things that ought to be included in the rental. Overall we did enjoy our time together there, the walk to the beach was the best perk about the whole package.

The property was acceptable. However, the showers were a bit strange, with exposed pipes and in general the condo showed some wear and tear.

Steps Away from the Beach!

So this was our first time to stay in a condo, rather than choosing a hotel or resort....and we were completely blown away. Absolutely beautiful condo, both inside and outside. The layout is perfect for families, 2 bedrooms + 2 full bathrooms, a true living room, balcony, nice kitchen with great appliances and essentials & dining table. There is a beautiful pool, but honestly when you are literally steps away from the beach, it's a tough sell. The beach is maybe 60 steps from the door, along a sandy walk-way lined with palm trees. The beach is well-kept, peaceful and not very crowded. Stop in at the beach bar for your favorite drink, snack or fresh juice bar. We definitely recommend the speed boats that will take you to the natural pool, going on a safari tour and visit Macao Beach. I would recommend this condo to family, friends etc and plan on returning next year. The owners and property management are extremely helpful if you have any questions!

Great time!!

Beach Residency is everything they say it is! The condo is wonderful, pool is great and beach is breath taking!! We did a combination of cooking and eating out with everything being so close it was easy. We took the local bus to the new San Juan Mall grocery store there has everything you need BAM is expensive, good just if you want to pick something up but not for a grocery order. We did 2 excursions so much fun Saona Island and dune buggies highly recommend and we booked up at BAMs. Bring bug spray for beach I got biten alive from sand fleas but that is not the owners fault just heads up. I would rent here again in a heart beat with no hesitations what so ever, everyone involved with the condo is great to deal with and look forward to coming back to paradise.

Heaven on Earth!##

Our stay at the Residency was truly a vacation! We literally only had steps to get to the beach and felt felt safe the whole time. The condo had everything to make us feel like we were at home! We rented a car and drove everywhere to explore! Susie Ruel took us to eat traditional Dominican food and it was amazing!!! Because of this wonderful experience we are thinking of buying our own place in the DR!!!#

Love, Love, LOVE IT!!!!

This was a beautiful place and loved the location!!! So super happy with the staff and security. So much to do within walking distance and just steps from the beach. This is our new home away from home!!!

Loved this apartment!

We just loved this apartment. It is very well stocked; unexpected extras included a video game console with a supply of video games, number of board games, sand toys and a paddleboard. We spent a month in the apartment and all of those things were greatly appreciated. Property managers were very helpful. People living in the complex were also very friendly.

Month Stay at Beach Residency

We just arrived back to Canada after a wonderful month stay at the Beach Residency. The unit is exactly as the pictures show, spacious, comfortable, all amenities needed, quiet, clean and steps from the gorgeous beach. Todd & Maria the property managers are absolutely wonderful in making sure your stay is all that you wanted, from their pickup at the airport to your return back. The helpful hints on getting around Punta Cana they provide is so accurate and full of info, it is a super guide. I would highly recommend this property and definitely recommend going thru Todd & Maria...you will not be disappointed. Also a car is not needed with this location as you are walking distance to all the required amenities...restaurants, bars, supermacados, farmcias, fruit stand etc.Walking is perfectly safe both on and off the beach at night, people are friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back..

My week at the Beach Residency

This condo is perfect in every way. The inside is beatiful & fully equipped with all the comforts of home. It even has a full size washer & dryer & everything is new. The beds are extremely comfortable which is something I have not found in my past 6 trips to Punta Cana. The unit is also very fresh & clean. The location is the absolute best, I walk out of the complex & I am on the beach, it's that close.Which is also something that I have not experienced in my past visits. When they say it touch's the beach, they mean it. The rates are the lowest for its location - bar none. This is the best deal period & I will not stay anywhere else in my future trips, I already booked it for the week after Chritmas.
