Thank you for your feedback — we’re glad to hear you enjoyed the condo, the nearby restaurants, and everything the area has to offer. We’re also happy our team was able to respond so quickly whenever you needed assistance. We always strive to be as accommodating as possible, and we were glad to provide complimentary nights when your travel plans changed due to the winter storm — our goal is always to make our guests’ stays as smooth and comfortable as possible. We truly appreciate your kind words and would be happy to welcome you back in the future!

Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re delighted to hear you and your family found the condo clean, comfortable, and relaxing, and that you enjoyed both the beach and pool. We’re also glad the nearby amenities and the deck grill added to your stay. We truly appreciate you choosing our place and hope to welcome you back again soon!

Thank you for your thoughtful and balanced review — we truly appreciate you highlighting both the positives and the challenges of your stay. We’re glad you enjoyed the many conveniences you mentioned, including that the location is “very walkable,” with the beach on site, nearby restaurants, a small market just minutes away, and easy access to Ubers. This central, highly desirable setting is exactly what draws many guests to the area. At the same time, as you experienced, that same convenience and proximity to everything also means that during high season, louder music at night can be part of the atmosphere across the entire neighborhood. While our building is affected by nearby clubs, buildings closer to the front of the complex (nearer the beach) are similarly impacted by adjacent hotels like Whala and Impressive, as well as other venues such as Soho. Unfortunately, this is not unique to our property but rather a reality of staying in such a vibrant, central location. We completely understand that this may not be ideal for guests who are sensitive to noise, and for those travelers, we genuinely recommend looking in quieter, more residential areas. We’re happy to hear you found the apartment spacious, usable, and enjoyed the deck, and we truly appreciate your feedback. We hope future guests find this perspective helpful when deciding whether this lively beachfront area matches their travel style.

Patrick, it was a pleasure hosting you and I am glad that you enjoyed your stay at our home. I hope you make it back to DR in the near future. Thanks!

Pleasure to have you and looking forward to hosting you again in the future.
