This high-end complex, Sol Tropical, was completed in November 2015. It features granite countertops, mahogany woodwork throughout the entire apartment, stainless steel appliance, and modern bathroom features. This top floor unit (third floor) has two balconies and a massive private rooftop terrace with grill and furniture perfect for entertaining and watching sunsets.

The condo is just a 20-minute ride from the PUJ airport and transportation can be arranged. Everything you need to enjoy yourself on vacation is within walking distance. Beaches, Shops, restaurants. The beautiful white sand beaches of Bavaro are across the street and only short walk away. *All beaches in the Dominican Republic are public beaches and can be enjoyed by everyone regardless of what resort is nearby*

This apartment is fully furnished with at home amenities like washer and dryer, cookware, iron, hairdryer, etc ideal for an extended stay vacation.

The apartment has a master bedroom with a queen bed, balcony, and ensuite. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be combined. Sleeps 4+1 (5th person can sleep on the sofa or on the air mattress. )

Check in is between 3pm and 7pm. Check out is at 11am. Any check in or check out outside of this range may result in an additional fee.

The complex features a resort like community pool, seating, and BBQ area.

A property manager will check you in and out, and electricity costs will be collected at checkout.

Summer family stay

Myself and my teens stayed at the property for a few weeks in the summer. The owners were responsive to questions when booking and the local property manager was great with answering questions and quickly responding to any issues. It’s about 3 blocks to the beach and there are some good local restaurants on the beach. The market is about a 15-min walk. The closely surrounding neighborhood doesn’t have as much to do but we did lots of great excursions to explore the island. The condo is well-equipped with wifi and electronics and I was able to work remotely. There were a few times when the power went out briefly but that’s to be expected with the different infrastructure. It was really no issue except for the fridge going out a few times but the property manager was so helpful at getting it fixed. There was everything you need at the condo, you can tell the owners have thought of a lot of the little details. The condo complex was very quiet with fewer people than I would have expected, so it’s a different vibe than staying at a resort, but it’s great for a quiet family vacation.

Highly Recommend

Great condo, very clean and has all you need . Owner was great in helping us adjust stay dates as i made mistake online but was able ro work with owner and accommodate. Property Manager Micharla was great checking us in , also knows a ton about the area, has lived there for long time , almost like have a tour guide on check in . location a little bit further walk than what we were looking for but still only 10 mins to al the restaurants and for the rate was worth the extra 5 mins .

Excellent place to stay

Very good and clean property. I am glad that choose condo instead of a resort. Great location. Only thing I didn't like was the beach in Punta Cana. Has nothing to do with property owner of course! Get this condo and rental car and you won't regret it

Nice apartment, great location

The apartment have everything one need, god standard, Wi-fi works great and location is very good, couple of minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. The place have securityguards at all time, safe place.

Very comfortable apartment in a great location.

The apartment was lovely and the location was great. It felt safe and had nice amenities. The only negative is that the complex said they were only going to drain part of the pool for repair but they drained the entire pool.

Awesome Experience in a Beautiful Condo

My entire experience with Kent and Adrienn and their rental was great. The reservation process was seamless even when I had to reschedule my trip. Kent and Adrienn were prompt and very informative. The property manager was able to address any questions my cousin and I had. The condo was true to form and very clean. We where very pleasant with the accommodation. The kitchen was fully stocked. The condo was very close to all the shops and restaurants and we really appreciated that there was secure entry into the condo complex. Definitely would rent this unit again.

Great Condo with Private roof deck!

This two bedroom condo has new furnishings and lots of amenities. Things we really liked about it: - private roof deck with BBQ and furnishings - beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas to use at the beach - spacious two bedroom and two bathrooms with 3 AC units - modern furnishings - pool and lounge chairs to enjoy - brand new condo development - owner and property manager were VERY helpful, accommodating and responsive - Property manager and owner had great suggestions for places to eat/visit Things that we were so/so about: - back of condo overlooks a dumping ground for materials/trash that can sometimes smell (this is DR, so gotta go with the flow, and it didn't bother us, but thought others should know) - cost of electricity was more than we expected Would ABSOLUTELY stay here again if we were to go back to this area.
