At least one member of the renting party needs to be 25 years of age or older.

Located just across the street from the beach, this Wildwood Crest Vacation Rental is in a quiet setting but still in the middle of it all.
The unit is a 2 bd / 1bth unit. It has a brand new open concept open kitchen that looks into the dining and living room. It has a lot of counter space with new appliances. The unit has a new bathroom as well. Large master bedroom with a sitting area and walk-in closet.
Central A/C and Washer and dryer in the unit.

Excellent

Dominic’s condo couldn’t have been more inviting. The condo is beautifully decorated and is supplied with everything you need. There is a brand new kitchen and bathroom which are immaculate. The location is one of the best in W.W. Crest. I would 100% recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

Perfect condo close to the Beach!

all is great!! Clean, quiet, cozy and close to the beach!! Bathroom renovate, comfortable mattress, washer, dryer and even dishwasher!! Outside, longchair, table for 4 and an electric charcoal! Welcoming staff, good maintenance of the public space and the pool. Locker with a beach trolley including 3 chairs for the beach! The owner thought about all and we left yesterday but we already think to rent... next year or the year after!! Good place to go!!

Perfect getaway in the Crest!

My family just returned home from our week at Dominick’s condo and we miss it already! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay- It was clean, spacious, comfortable and overall a well stocked condo with all the amenities one could ask for! I absolutely loved the beachy feel of the condo- so nicely decorated! We enjoyed the pool every day and had the pleasure of meeting owners and other guests. The condo complex is in the perfect location- central to everything. Dominick was a pleasure and super easy to work with; from the first day we reserved until the day we checked out, he always responded promptly to any questions and made himself available if needed. We look forward to spending another summer getaway in his lovely condo in the future! Thank you again Dominick!

Fabulous unit, pool and location!

We had a wonderful week in Dominick's unit. The unit was even more renovated than shown in pictures and was perfect for our family of five. The pool was like bath water and during one of the last weeks of the summer, never crowded. The beach was an easy short walk away and is equally fabulous. Our first trip to Wildwood and we will definitely be back!

Great place. Great location. Great owner.

The condo is clean, well equipped and very nice inside. The pool was never crowded and warm enough to use even on cooler days. We loved the easy beach access, the beach cart and the playground on the way to the beach. The location is perfect as it is easy to access Wildwood and Cape May activities and restaurants. It’s close to everything and there is so much to do in the area. Dominick is easy to work with and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Comfortable and great location!

The condo was perfect for our stay at the beach. The kitchen had everything you would need for preparing your own meals and having the grill on the balcony was a nice bonus. It was spacious enough for our family of four and it was really nice having the balcony. The beach was so close but we really appreciated having the beach cart to haul our stuff to the beach. The beach chairs were also nice to have. The storage area was very convenient. The pool area was well maintained and the pool was always nice and warm during our stay. The location was ideal with a really nice park between the condo and the beach that our small kids loved playing on. Dominick the owner was awesome to work with. He was very accommodating and helpful. We would return to his place for another vacation for sure.

Best visit to Wildwood Crest ever. See you next summer.

I have visited the Jersey Shore about 30 times and the last 8 have been to Wildwood Crest. Our visit this summer to Dominick & Mariangela's condo was by far the best. The condo was perfect for us. Nicely appointed yet safe for small children with plenty of sleeping room. The owners are very accommodating and offer beach cart and chairs. Electric grill is nice for a quick hot dog meal. The saline pool is fabulous, nearby playground and bike rental great and of course the beach and ocean are close enough for the kids to walk. Oh yeah, and we had perfect weather. The best time ever!

Perfect Location and Wonderful Owner!

This unit at Ocean Place Condos is delightful, airy, immaculate, and very thoughtfully and beautifully decorated. The master bedroom has a (new!) extremely comfortable queen bed. The kitchen had all the basics needed when we felt like cooking. The two flat-screen TVs had cable, which was a nice touch (and the small couch in the master bedroom with the TV was great). The sectional couch in the living room was very comfortable and provides a really nice conversation area with the adjoining dining table! Can see the ocean from the living room couch, which is a nice value add. We're big readers, so a bit more light in the living room might be a nice future addition. :-) Wonderfully close to our family's small cottage in Wildwood Crest for easy visiting back and forth. The unit is also so close to the ocean walkway for after dinner strolls to catch the evening ocean breeze. Dominick, the owner, was an absolute and total delight to work with - from his assistance in booking the unit to his responsiveness to our follow-up emails. His quick response to our "duh" moment with the cable after checking in on Saturday evening was much very appreciated! The only downside was the realty management company's requirement (but not the owner's!) to wash/dry/fold all towels/sheets prior to check-out (or opt to pay an additional fee for them to do this). We've never encountered this in the years we've used VRBO; but always put a load of laundry in the wash before we leave, which is standard VRBO courtesy. While we knew the requirement when we signed the contract, having to do laundry on checkout was a bit stressful. However, as long as folks are aware of this (or opt to pay extra for the management company to do it), it shouldn't be a problem. This wasn't an issue for us, but the Diamond Crest across the street had fairly loud music playing during the day and early evening. May have been because we were there 4th of July week and it was packed. We didn't use the balcony due to the hot weather - but with the nice tight windows/doors closed and A/C on - we never even heard a thing, even from the master bedroom. We still give this listing "5 STARS" for all its other great attributes and for the wonderful owner! We'd definitely stay here again when we visit our family. And we've told our Philadelphia extended family about how convenient and nice this property is, for their consideration, too.

Quiet, clean, tastefully decorated condo in a secure building.

I would highly recommend renting this condo from Dominick and his wife. Our small family enjoyed the proximity to the beach and access to a pool. The playground across the street was a big hit for our son. The building itself is very secure with staff always available in the lobby. The unit is tastefully decorated with comfortable accommodations. The pride of ownership is prevalent. Also, I couldn't have been more impressed by Dominick's very quick responses to my emails with questions regarding our stay. We look forward to returning next season!

Loved it!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Dominick's place! The condo was clean, clean, clean (our #1 rental priority), beautifully decorated and had all the amenities one could wish for....including an electric grill! Also enjoyed the wonderful ocean view, heated pool and hot tub! Dominick was easily accessible, and even called to check on us when we had a damaging storm in WW. We were happy that the condo felt like home, and we will definitely be returning!

Wonderful vacation!

We just returned from a wonderful vacation at this home! The condo is perfectly appointed. The decor was lovely and comfortable and finishes were very nice - the bathroom is really beautiful! Amazing soundproof patio doors. The view was simply gorgeous. You cannot beat the location, directly across from the beach access. We are already planning our vacation here for next year. We will be back for sure! Thank you!!

Clean & Conveniently Located for Families

My husband and I spent a week at this property with our two small children. The condo is clean & nicely furnished (the oversized sectional is a plus) with a renovated bathroom with walk-in shower and removable shower head (good for rinsing off sandy little ones). The kid's bedroom (with bunk bed) has a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom, the master bedroom, and the living room all had a view of the ocean, while the living room & master bedroom both had walk-outs to the nicely-furnished balcony. The condo pool area (main pool, baby pool & jacuzi) was wonderful: clean and nicely heated with plenty of loungers and umbrella tables. Luggage carts are provided for taking your gear upstairs. There is also a beach cart and chairs in the unit's storage locker for your use. It was nice to have that space in our car freed up. The condo building is directly across the street from a nice playground and a bike rental facility which was great for the kids. It is also directly across from the access walkway to the beach. For those new to the Wildwoods, the beaches are wide with wonderfully soft sand and a long shallow area that breaks up incoming waves into gentler waves. Again, all wonderful for young children.

Exactly what we were looking for

I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends. The property owner was very helpful and always responded to questions within minutes. We found the condo to be clean and the new furniture was very comfortable. The use of his storage locker which included a beach cart and chairs was an added bonus, it was nice to not have to pack these big items in the car. We would return to this property again

Very impressed

The owner is fantastic to work with. He really means it when he says He will respond within an hour. The condo is beautiful. The view of the water is great, and having a balcony with a grill is an added bonus. The owners also give you use of the storage downstairs and of their beach cart and chairs. I highly recommend this property.
