Private dock with a private Hot Tub, swim mat, fire pit, XL covered porch, large private fenced yard. BRING YOUR BOAT or rent our kayaks and visit Sharks tooth island or spend the day at a sandbar! You will never be bored. We provide a swim mat for endless fun on the water. Unbelievable sunsets over the Intracoastal waterway from the hottub or dock. Close to everything, 3 miles to beaches & hiking, 2 miles to walmart, 13 miles to Camp Lejeune,15 miles to Aquarium.
We love your furry family as well and would love to accomadate them, there is a 50.00 fee - Per Pet and we do ask that they not be allowed on the comforters.
Very relaxing 3 bedroom and 1 bath home on the water with a private dock. There is a very large back yard with a privacy fence around all sides except the water, no fence at the waterline to save the few. The water is very shallow at the edge. There is a very large screened porch with a dining table and seating area, as well as a smaller open area to sit out and watch the kids play or enjoy the sunrise. Beautiful evenings!
The current is very strong at times. We highly recommend anyone 14 and under to wear life-jackets. There are sharp shells in the water, so water shoes are recommended. Lastly, No diving allowed, it can get shallow on the sides of the dock at low-tide.
Please keep kayaks and swim mat tied up, the tide can pull them away.
