Responsive staff, super clean beach house

The place we stayed (18 26th Ave on IOP) was bright, super clean, convenient, and the backyard was very nice! We loved it. The staff were easy to deal with, responsive, and knowledgeable. Great stay & would definitely book here again! E Lowe

This was the perfect place for me and my family. All living spaces on one level with a beautiful yard with pool and hot tub. The large backyard was a perfect bonus! This was the first time to this area and we will be back! The rental company was easy to communicate with upon arrival and departure. 5 stars for the rental team!

Great experience. Perfect for a family vacation.

We had a group of nine adults and this home was very comfortable and clean. Easy walk to the beach then back to the pool was our ideal day. The screened back porch was a great place for meals. Kitchen had all the utensils/etc. that we needed. We would definitely come back to this location.

Everything about our stay was ideal / what we were looking for. The rooms were clean and had ample space, and the backyard is definitely a huge selling point of the property.

Great family vacation!

Our family (two adults and a toddler) loved our stay here! We spent so much time at the porch and pool/hot tub and loved how convenient the house is to the beach and the park. Would highly recommend for any family with small children - the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed! Only downside was we had to bring our own pack and play and high chair. We can’t wait to go back!

Top Notch

Lovely home, with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Backyard is an oasis! 4 bedrooms (2 with en-suite) extra blankets, and plenty of towels. W/D great addition and extra large capacity. Just a short few blocks to the beach. IOP team is so available and responsive via text. Needed a new coffee machine and it was immediately brought to home, pulled out of box. (Even though we had one there and a Keurig.) Delivery service for bikes, chairs also top notch and responsive. IOP even handles garage pick up for you.

We had a great time and would definitely stay here again! House was as advertised. Walking distance to everything, and pool and hot tub were a highlight.

Great house!

Absolutely incredible property! Would definitely stay here again if we ever visit the area again and highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

We had very minor problems but the host was very quick to resolve them very quickly. The property was very enjoyable. Backyard, pool, and hot tub were amazing. Very close walking distance to the beach. Kitchen was very well stocked with utensils.

Fabulous property!

Highly recommend this wonderful property! We rented this house as we were visiting friends nearby. The location was incredible, a n easy and short walk to the beach, close to grocery stores and restaurants and a beautiful quiet neighborhood! The house itself exceed our expectations and was exactly as pictured. It was laid out very well and was perfect for two families with kids! The host was very responsive and we will absolutely be back! Definitely book this great house!

Perfect stay for a family near the beach.

The house was well equipped & clean. The location was great. Our only complaint was the hot tub was cloudy/green. We emailed the host, they said the pool maintenance would look at it, I reached out again when they didn’t show up, we never heard back and it was not fixed during our stay so we didn’t want to use it.

The curb appeal isn't great but the property has a nice kitchen and entryway. Once you arrive into the house fully, it is very nice. We arrived at night and the windowed views into the yard, the lighting of the pool and the accented lights were beautiful. When we arrived, the host had music playing and lights throughout the house, very welcoming.The bedrooms were accommodating. The master bathroom was really cute.The beds had mattress protectors and clean linens throughout. The bathrooms included mini shampoo and conditioner with makeup towels. Towels and bathmats were provided. The pre arrival link was helpful to set expectations and to provide instructions. The kitchen had labels throughout and instructions were helpful.We were there for a short visit and were in the house only a few hours each day during most of the stay. During those hours, the wifi was not stable and the tv also relies on wifi. The showers peaked at only lukewarm temperature but is mostly cold water.The pool had toys from previous guests but was warm. The checkout had a lot of steps to complete but we cleared out the trash and since our presence in the house was short, there was only takeout containers.I recommend this place for relaxation or hanging out with family. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, the last night of our stay we sat near the pool and neighbor's dogs went crazy but after a while, we tuned them out.
