The floor plan affords true FL indoor/outdoor living with the flow of the living room (w/58" Smart HDTV) directly accessible to the outdoor space.

Owner will consider only one dog no more than 40lbs- $20/Night Fee + $500 Additional Security Deposit Required (fees collected following booking).

*Briarwood property owners association requires tenants to complete Application for lease approval forms. (Details available upon booking).



If reservation is made less than 8 days prior to arrival, an additional $100 application fee will be required.



Furthermore, if a reservation is made on a last minute basis before Friday @12:00pm for a booking that begins on Saturday or Sunday of that weekend, there will an additional $200.00 charge required by the Homeowners association.

Great Location, Well Appointed

Family friendly property on quiet cul de sac in Briarwood. Great location for access to beaches and downtown Naples. Property manager was quick to respond to any needs we had.

This is a great rental house. in fact, the best rental in over 10 years. Well supplied, comfortable house with great outdoor area, Communication was great and responses timely. could not ask for more,

3:rd time in the same house. A Wonderful house and neighbourhood. The house is big, lot of open spaces, well equipped kitchen and great laundry room. Pool was nice and warm . We can certainly recommend this house.

Briarwood

The home was clean and fully equipped. It is in a very quiet area and the pool area is very private. I spent most of my time outside. The property manager was prompt and extremely helpful answering my questions and concerns.

Great stay!

The Vintage Court home was perfect for us to entertain our family members visiting from out of town as well as those who are in the Naples area. The house was fully equipped and we enjoyed the outdoor TV area very much. Please be aware that the pool area is very shady most of the day (at least during the holidays). That was both good and bad at times. The renter's manual could be updated with instructions for the televisions. We would stay here again but I understand that the rental prices have gone up significantly so we will have to look elsewhere in the future.

Another great stay

A year after our first visit we came back ! We fell in love with the house and Naples a year ago, so the decision to go back again was not at all hard. This time we even stayed longer. The house is a joy to stay at. The pool in the back is so relaxing to swim around in, and after you sit on the patio having some drinks and just relaxing. There are so many tv:s in the house if you feel to watch something, even one out by the pool. Nice kitchen with a new dishwasher, just installed, that was so quiet you could not even hear it working. It´s also very nice to have the possibilities to do your own laundry when you are staying for a longer period of time. So, what more is there to say than, we will be back again !

Lovely house despite ant infestation upon checkin

The house, pool and neighborhood are lovely. The only unfortunate issue was a pretty severe ghost ant infestation in the kitchen when we checked in. It took a few days to get someone out. Once the exterminator made a call the issue was resolved right away. We had to reach out to the property manager a couple of times to get someone out. Again, that aside, nice house and very well appointed.

Fantastic stay in Briarwood, Naples FL

We stayed in this lovely house in Briarwood, Vintage Court for 2 weeks. Our plan was 10 days, but we loved it so much, and we were lucky enough to expend our stay some more nights before leaving back home to Sweden. Fantastic house, lovely pool, outside dining/bar area by the pool where we spent most of our days when we were not outside the area and doing some shopping. Very quiet surroundings, we felt very safe in this area. House fully equipped with large tv:s everywhere, even outside by the pool area, good Bose system for music, large grill for outside cooking made dinners easy to prepare. Utility room with brand new washing machine and a very good dryer. Nice and comfy beds and furniture in general. We will come back !

We had the best week. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Tammy was amazing and very helpful! My kids loved the pool. Perfect house for a family vacation.

Amazing!!!

Tammy's service is 5-star. This is my 3rd home that I've booked with Itrip Vacations Naples and we loved this home. The pool backyard area is very private and the home is wonderful. You can tell that this home has been made into a comfy getaway and there's even a small area for an office, since I still had to do some work! The pool heats up very nicely and the waterfall at the end was lovely. We had plenty of room for our things and the kitchen was stocked up perfectly for our 12-day stay. The community is gated, so safety is not an issue and everything is only a quick drive away. They had some bikes in the garage that we used to ride around this lovely community. The BBQ grill worked great and Tammy provided us with plenty of gas for the grill. Also, the TV's are nice and big. They all come with Roku and Cable TV even in the pool area! Tammy is the best!

Great location for to all parts of Naples, short ride to Loudermilk beach.

Very nice house we stayed two weeks, would of stay longer. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. I would recommend this home away from home. My wife scored the cleanliness only three stars for what you paying should of been better.

Beautiful Briarwood Home

Let me start by saying I have never had a host as responsive as Tammy. She answered our texts within just a few minutes which was greatly appreciated. This home was spotlessly clean and had all of the kitchen amenities we needed - including a Keurig coffee maker. The most important thing to us when traveling is a good, comfortable bed. So many times we arrive at a rental home and the mattress is worn with valleys and hills making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The king bed in the master was perfect with a great mattress and comfortable bed linens. The pool and patio was wonderful. We ate most of our meals on the patio, which had a ceiling fan over the dining table. The TV situation was also great with a ROKU on each large TV, one in each bedroom, in the living room, and even on the patio. We will definitely stay in this home again when we travel to Naples.

Fantastic Getaway

Our family booked this home for the holiday season and thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay. The kitchen was completely outfitted for cooking and grilling all meals. The laundry room was awesome, all the amenities to the neighborhood were utilized. The beach accessories for the quick trip to the beach were used daily! The home was clean and inviting, definitely would use again for family vacations!

First Time in Naples Florida

I brought my mom and son along with two other teenage boys (all 13 yrs old) down to Naples for a National youth football tournament. We came all the way from Northwest Washington. I’m not a tenured traveler so I was a bit apprehensive about all the nuances of traveling along with taking kids that don’t belong to me. Tammy and Neil were wonderful to deal with. They both helped us every step of the way and when I had a question regarding the property or places to go around Naples they responded immediately with accurate and helpful information. The property was well maintained and in a beautiful gated community. It was very clean and all the appliances worked well. The pool was clean and warm and being from Washington the kids were excited to get to swim outside in late December. Tammy kept in touch and made sure the property and amenities were acceptable and we were enjoying our stay. The house is a good size and has a great layout for a family to hangout in the kitchen and living room while watching the kids in the pool. Two large patio doors open all the way giving access to the pool area so people can be inside and still keep an eye on younger kids. The pool is screened so there were absolutely no bugs coming in. I will be booking with Neil and Tammy and hopefully this property to bring the rest of my family down for a vacation next year. Naples is close to the Everglades and has great beaches as well as state and national parks to explore. It’s only 4 hours from the Florida Keys too. 5 stars for the property and Neil and Tammy!
