27 5th street in Beach Haven is the perfect spot!
This beautiful 4 bedroom and 3.5 bath house with a pool, has 3 parking spaces in a paved driveway. We are a very short walk to Fantasy Island, Bay Village, all the restaurants and stores in Beach Haven. We are the 3rd house from the beach and pavilion. The beach is handicap accessible and wheel chair and stroller friendly. We are on the beach block, so there is no street to cross to enter the beach which makes us ideal for easy access and safety.
Only a few steps from your front porch and you are on the
soft , white sands of Beach Haven on Long Beach Island. Beautiful, neat and clean paver stones cover the grounds of the property which will take you on a walk through the colorful summer gardens. Drift off to sleep easily, with the sound of the surf, front porch. Awesome patio pool with stainless steel viking built in grill.
The master bath and downstairs full bath were updated in 2019, The appliances in the kitchen are new as are the washer and dryer. The central air is new in 2021.The living room furniture is new in 2023.

This home has been lovingly cared for with hardwood floors throughout , ceramic tile and Corrian countertops in kitchen and baths. There is a grill by the pool and an enclosed outside shower.

Perfect location for a family getaway. Steps from the beach, walkable to Fantasy Island, Bay Village and local restaurants. The pool was great for a quick dip after the beach. Tons of bathrooms and showers so everyone could get ready quickly. Rooftop deck provided amazing views.

Fabulous location

The house is very close to the beach and close to shops and restaurants and Fantasy Island in Beach Haven. You will not need to use a car during your stay. The house has 3 full bathrooms and four bedrooms making it ideal for extended family groups. The pool, though small, is there if you want to cool off and not head to the beach. There is driveway parking for 3 cars and street parking as well. All the features made for a very easy vacation.

Amazing location

Stay was wonderful, perfect location to beach and all activities and restaurants . Didn’t use the car at all during the whole week. Property owner is super great at communicating which made things easy and seamless .

Great House!

This was the perfect house for a weekend stay at LBI. The owner was great at communicating and very kind and friendly! The house is the perfect size for a 2 family stay and so close to the beach and main strip. There is so much outdoor space and seating within the property you can really soak up the beautiful weather LBI offers! It was a beautiful stay!! Definitely recommend!

Beautiful house, great location

The house was beautiful and had the perfect location. Only a couple of houses away from the beach and right down the block from Bay Village and all of the shops and restaurants. We had a great time! Caroline, the owner, was very communicative and was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Amazing location!

I stayed here with my wife and 3 young kids, my parents and sister. We loved the location so close to the beach and Fantasy Island for the kids. The owners were very responsive to comunication and very friendly. The house was great!

Lovely beach house

What a lovely home! We really enjoyed our stay here. The layout made it easy to share among a couple friends and have enough communal space as well as sound privacy. With a few small children, the pool was the perfect size and proximity to the beach was amazing. Bay Village was a short easy drive away, v convenient. We loved it!

Awesome beach home

What an awesome vacation! This home is fabulous! We had 10 people - 6 adults and 4 children ranging in age from 6 to 3. The owners are fabulous and have been a delight to work with from last summer when we found the house, until now. The house is amazingly well appointed. It has all of the latest and best appliances, etc. The pool is perfect and the gas grill is awesome. We grilled every dinner that we ate at home. We were originally concerned that the house might not comfortably accommodate 3 families and 10 people comfortably. It was perfect. It has every convenience and so many nooks and crannies for convenient storage. The top deck and 2 middle decks are spectacular. We were so close to the beach that we walked back and forth numerous times a day. We could also walk to ALL of the Beach Haven treasures: grocery store, pharmacy, fantasy island, thundering surf, mr. tees, restaurants, schooners wharf, etc. Pool is an added PLUS! We have been going to LBI for over 50 years. This house is definitely a favorite!

AMAZING VACATION, AWESOME OWNERS

My family and I just had an amazing week in LBI and mostly due to this house. The house is perfectly situated close to the beach and close to town. We never had to get in the car and walked or biked almost everywhere. The house is beautiful and well maintained. And the pool! When the kids were done with the beach they spent the rest of the day in the pool while the adults BBQ'd and relaxed poolside. Caroline the owner was incredibly attentive even though she was away on vacation herself! We will definitely be back. In fact, my kids were asking if we could come back as we were driving away! Thanks Jon and Caroline!

I have been going to Beach Haven for 50 years now...

I hate to review this, because, then many more people will want to stay! We arrived on Friday. The house was immaculate. The facilities are perfect. The location is wonderful. I will probably run out of adjectives. You can hear the ocean from the master bedroom. The pool is a BIG plus. But you must know, they clean the pool on Saturday if you are a Friday arrival don't worry. Caroline is wonderful to work with and I have already picked my days for next year for fear too many will see this review. JRS

Honest Review

We had the pleasure of renting this lovely home two weeks ago and I thought it was important to post a review. We came down from NYC with 5 adults and 2 kids (ages 5 and 2). The house is very clean and bright with nice furniture and decorations. The main living area is comfortable and open. When we got there the pool was low and needed cleaning but the owners responded immediately and the issue was resolved. The main bedroom with the King bed has an amazing deck that you can see/hear the ocean from. The other upstairs bedroom has a great bunk bed that our kids loved. There is a wonderful outdoor roof area from which we watched the fireworks and there is a back veranda with a covered area for night time table games and relaxing. The two downstairs bedrooms are comfortable but they do not have decks. The three best things about this property are the pool, the location and the quality of the home. Our kids loved the pool and it's a luxury to have a pool to swim in after a long day at the beach. The beach is literally a few hundred feet away and that made it easy to come and go without having to pack everything for the day. You can, if you want, walk to restaurants and Fantasy Island, the local amusement park. It was nice not to have to drive everywhere and I cannot overstate how great the location is. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect!

We just got home today from a fantastic week at this house...We stayed with another family and there was plenty of room. The pool was an extra plus to a fantastic house...just a few houses to the beach and walking distance to everything...I think we used the car once the whole week....the pictures dont even do this house justice...it was immaculate and a great set up with many decks including our favorite roof top deck! The owners were very helpful and friendly - we would definitely recommend this house!

We are a married couple with 5 kids. We live in Darien CT. We have been vacationing in Beach Haven for the last 25 years and love it. We were unhappy with the quality of many of the rentals. We keep our home immaculate. The beds, kitchenwares and furniture are all new. We replace the area rugs every season and the runnner is new in 2017.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

You will park your car and not touch it again! We bike to the market, walk to Bay Village, Fantasy Island, Thundering Surf and The Shell. Fantasy Island is a 4 minute walk. You can also walk to the town park. We have a pavillion at the top of the street that makes the beach Handicap and stroller accessible. The pavillion also allows you to enjoy the sunset and beach even if it is raining.
