The condo could use some updating, it definitely needs some dish towels and dish rags and there was no pot holders to take hot items out of the ovenThe dining room chairs need to be replaced they are not comfortable and show a lot of wear we like to play cards and board games in the evening The king size bed could also use a new mattress

We had a wonderful time. This is our 4th stay at this property. Never disappoints. The wrap balcony is the best. Paula our host was excellent Took very good care of us. Thanks again. We’ll be back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Paula was amazing to work with at Salty Life rental, so this review is not on her!! It about the property. The view was amazing! The condo was not very clean, looks like they changed the sheets and left the rest. I spilled water on the floor and my towel I wiped it up with was very dirty. All the dishes we dirty in the cabinets, I had to load the dishwasher to have a clean glass. I lifted a couch cousin, dirty sheep on the sofa sleeper, and all kind of kinds blankets and food. Oven and ice maker was filthy dirty. Doors in both bath rooms come off the sinks. The vent in the master shower gross, vent in other bathroom not working. Fans were gross.

Great Time

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. There was a little hiccup once we checked in but Paula was so easy to communicate with and sent someone right away to resolve it. The check in process was super easy and you get a link to your reservation with all info included. Thanks for a great time!

Breathtaking Views!

This unit was beautiful! It had many windows in the living room, as well as the bedrooms, that gave the best view of the ocean. It was clean and well-stocked and had plenty of room for our family on our vacation!

Beautiful Condo!

We really enjoyed the condo. It was just like the pictures portrayed. Our only problem came with the security guards. Hateful and constantly being disrespectful to all guest. Check in with Paula was very easy and she was very helpful. Front desk employees could also be a little nicer.

Cindy, I am very sorry you had to experience the problem with the on site people. I wish I had some control over them but unfortunately they work for someone else. Please still come back to stay with us again and hopelly they will be in a better mood. Thanks, Paula

We recently stayed in Condo 1015C and were disappointed by the cleanliness and maintenance issues. The condo is dated, which isn't a problem, and the living room was spacious enough for a large group. The view was incredible and was the best part of our stay. Unfortunately, the condition of the unit overshadowed those positives.There was excessive dust and dirt throughout the condo. The ceiling fans were so dusty we couldn't use them. The exhaust fan in the king bathroom shower was covered in dust and grime. We found leftover food, dirt, and dust on/under the coffee table and end tables, and even discovered old socks and inside the couch when cleaning. The second bathroom had cabinets falling off and a hole in the wall near the toilet. There were stains on the sheets in the king bedroom, and blankets and pillows stored in closets were left unfolded, making it unclear whether they were clean. The refrigerator ice maker did not work, and the laundry room smelled like sour milk.We contacted management on our first day and requested additional cleaning. We were told someone would come the next day, but no one ever showed up. Later, the batteries in the electronic door lock died, leaving us locked out for about 45 minutes while waiting for a locksmith.As former beach house owners, we understand the challenges of maintaining coastal properties, but the amount of dirt and lack of housekeeping was unacceptable.
