BEDROOMS: 5 spacious and stylish bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms (sleeps 16).

EXTRAS: AC! Tesla charger, bikes, indoor/outdoor games and large deck with lots of comfortable furniture.

LOCATION: Great location on Black Butte Ranch – close to Glaze Meadow Recreation Center: a Pool with a hot tub, workout facility, bike rental, and spa! Also: tennis courts, horse shoes, pickle ball, basketball, golf, boules and easy access to bike trails out the back of the home!

HOUSE RULES: This condo is smoke-free (no vaping please) and pet-free. Guests must be 25 years of age (or accompanied by a 25+year old adult).

SPECTACULAR GETAWAY FIND: Very private Glaze Meadow Black Butte Ranch (BBR) home, originally designed by Steve VanSant and furnished by Light and Dwell Interiors, is perfect for entertaining on the wrap-around deck. A floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and hearth are featured in the living room. Many windows make the home light & bright. Downstairs, a large primary bedroom has a big walk-in closet and a bathroom with a tile shower, tub & 2 sinks. Upstairs are two more en-suite bedroom/bathrooms. Don't miss the special wood panelled sleeping room off the garage. Come enjoy all BBR has to offer: 2 golf courses, tennis/pickleball courts, swimming pools, nature trails, biking & 3 restaurants.

Amazing house in a awesome location

Beautiful house

Beautiful house was perfect for our group of 10. The beds were incredibly comfy, the kitchen was great for cooking, and there was plenty of seating and space for everyone. Located in a peaceful spot. Would love to stay here again!

Amazing property!

This property was spacious and well appointed and maintained. It worked well for our family and a grandsons friend. We had space to be apart and space for all of us to be together.

Large and cozy house with thoughtful details!

Staying at Aymee and Jim’s place was perfect for our girls weekend! The house is large and we all felt so comfortable with our own rooms and bathrooms. The living room and kitchen table were the perfect, cozy gathering spaces. There are many thoughtful details like soft blankets and beautiful wine glasses that make this rental feel like a real home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and we will definitely be back!

Can’t Wait to Come Back!

Guys, this place was everything I hoped for and more! The wood-burning fireplace was an absolute dream—it made the whole space feel warm, cozy, and perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Mornings were just as magical, sipping hot coffee on the back deck while surrounded by towering ponderosa pines and breathing in the crisp, fresh air. The home itself was spotless, beautiful, and incredibly comfortable. I don’t know what the thread count was in the primary bedroom, but wow—those sheets were next-level comfortable! The host was friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed for a flawless stay. I seriously can’t recommend this place enough, and I’ll definitely be back!

Truly a home away from home

We loved staying at Aymee’s place. We have stayed in BBR at least 10 times in the last few years and this is probably the best home so far. Not only is it clean, spacious and comfortable but everything from the furnishings to the shampoo and conditioner is really great quality. It feels like a lot of thought was put into making guests feel at home. I cook a lot and this kitchen had everything I might need and more. The kids had their own space and loved staying up late and playing board games. The adults loved having a comfortable large space to gather. This home is truly a gem

Wonderful

This is our fifth stay at the ranch and everything was better than expected. The house was clean and welcoming, the kitchen was well stocked with supplies, plates and utensils. My wife and daughter really appreciated the wonderful soaps, shampoos and conditioners in each bathroom. The deck was a nice perk at the end of a long day of hiking. Our hosts were always available when we reached out when we had questions. Overall, a very great stay, I look forward to coming back. Hopefully soon.

Beautiful Family Vacation House near Glaze Meadow Rec Center

We had a wonderful vacation at Black Buttee, the house was absolutely beautiful! We had 3 families and we all fit comfortably as the house is huge. So much room to spread out and relax. The beds were comfortable with luxurious linens. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials and plenty of dishes for everyone. There were even 4 bikes/helmets and some pickleball paddles that we used. The back deck was the main hang out for all of our meals with the large dining table, so perfect for large crowds! Aymee was also very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. We will definitely be coming back. No complaints!

We have been married since 1996 and have three grown kids. Jim and I used to come visit the ranch as teenagers. Once we had our own kids, it became a must-visit vacation spot for our family and friends. Eventually, we were able to own a place of our own… and we’re thrilled to get to share it with you!

We’ve always had a value of hospitality and when we bought our first Black Butte Ranch home in 2019, we knew that it was too good of a place to have it sit empty when we weren’t using it. Aymee owns a design business, Light and Dwell, and uses her talents to create an inviting and beautiful space… a unique beauty (or Buttee).
