SeaGlass Cottage: Incredible waterfront Retreat!

Welcome to SeaGlass Cottage, an absolutely magical waterfront cottage in East Boothbay! SeaGlass is perched right next to the edge of Lineking Bay. You are so close, it feels like you are on a boat. Surrounded by stunning beauty and immersed in nature, it is not unusual to see seals, osprey and eagles. The rare, western exposure provides you with absolutely breathtaking sunsets. There is a great 200' long deep-water dock with a large sundeck and sitting area that has a swim ladder, and can accommodate anything from a kayak to a 28 foot boat. At low tide there is a large private rocky oceanfront area (this area is underwater at high tide so please don't think white sandy beach), that is great for beach combing, digging for clams or catching crabs. Bring your water shoes!

Seaglass is a very interesting and unique space. It was originally a small fish shack that has been expanded over the years. It has high ceilings, exposed beams and wainscotting throughout. It was decorated in fun coastal colors, and has all sorts of little nooks where you can relax with a book or a glass of wine. The bedroom is a second floor loft that is accessed by a small spiral staircase. The bathroom is on the main level. The space is small and well- designed, and is very much like being on a boat with the incredible views and well-utilized space.

Please note the unique access. Guests park up by the road, near the owner's house and will need to walk down an unpaved hill of about 85 yards to the cottage below. Please note that the owner has a small friendly dog, Linnie, who may greet you as you walk by. The owner keeps her boat at your dock but considers it to be your private space and will only use it to access her boat on occassion.
