Cozy fireplace in the large master suite, beautiful kitchen with high end appliances, live edge dining table comfortably sits 10, hot tub w/ lounger, gas grill, fire pit, outdoor dining set. Wake up to the glorious sunrise, listen to beautiful birds songs and watch wild life including eagles, seals, orcas and gray whales. 2 state parks within 15 mins away, easy access to bakery, grocery and restaurants.

When the night falls, light a fire in the fire pit and enjoy s’more by the ocean. Read a book or enjoy a family game by the fireplace. Melt away all the worries of the world, and surround yourselves with nature’s beauty. We hope that you enjoy this beachfront home as much as we have. Welcome, and relax, you are now on the beach!

- Mooring buoy and private community boat launch ramp.
- Easy 1 hour drive from Seattle, No ferry needed to access Camano Island: unlike nearby Whidbey and San Juan Islands.
- Luxury water view kitchen with high end appliances, fully equipped with pots, pans, plates, and silverware, lovingly stocked with various tea and spices. Cook a gourmet meal and serve food on the large live edge dining table that is designed to seat 10.
- Separate office with ergonomic standing desk on first floor, super fast high-speed internet suitable for work or play.

Beautiful Location and views

Great home, great location, beautiful views. Enjoyed the large rooms and great deck. Clean and bright. The home is well stocked with the kitchen and bath items needed. We loved the direct access to the beach with the stairs on the property. Greatly enjoyed the walks in the sand and watching the tides come and go. Great vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property—the location was perfect, the neighborhood was peaceful, and we loved relaxing in the hot tub. The house itself is spacious and has so much potential.That said, the cleanliness didn’t quite meet our expectations. The master shower had some mold, the kitchen sink area wasn’t as clean as we’re accustomed to, and one of the kitchen cabinets smelled like rancid oil and was quite unorganized. It wasn’t a deal-breaker, but it did take away from the overall experience.On the plus side, communication with the host was excellent—we really appreciated the quick and friendly responses. Overall, I’d give the stay 4 stars. With a little extra attention to cleaning, this home would easily be a 5-star rental.

Formal Complaint Regarding Deceptive, Hostile, and Discriminatory Property Experience

This property is blatantly misrepresented and operated in a manner that is deceptive and retaliatory. It is advertised as a waterfront rental with beach access, yet there is absolutely no safe or accessible path to the beach. The house sits well above the shoreline with no stairs or access point—this is a clear case of false advertising.Upon arrival, we found the home unclean and poorly maintained. The hot tub was dirty, faucets were broken, there was no firewood as promised, and no basic supplies like garbage bags. The listing claims to accommodate 10 guests and allow pets, but the property was not equipped to meet those standards. It lacked the amenities and readiness one would expect from a legitimate vacation rental.After voicing our concerns, the host (Yi) retaliated with false accusations that we had violated house rules and sent a fabricated invoice for over 1,000. While my wife and I were dining peacefully off-site, we received a threatening message stating our stay had been canceled and we had one hour to vacate—or the authorities would be called. This was not only outrageous and harassing, but it also felt targeted.We are calm, respectful guests and have never experienced such hostility. The tone and manner of the host’s actions strongly suggested discriminatory intent. We felt profiled, unwelcome, and unsafe. This listing should be removed immediately and the host investigated for fraud, harassment, and discrimination.

Gregory booked a stay for 4 adults only (no pets), yet he brought at least 10 people and one dog to the house. We learned about this after receiving complaints from the neighbors. Gregory was in violation of the booking and house rules. Once Gregory was made aware of these violations, he started making many false claims and did not pay pet fees or additional guest fees. As a result VRBO advised us and proceeded to cancel the booking.

1 hour from Seattle, no ferry needed. This tranquil neighborhood is surrounded by woods and ocean. In the mornings we often hear beautiful bird songs. There are also 2 bold eagles that live on the trees to the left of the house. If you take a walk on the beach during low tide, you can watch out for them.

During low tide, we enjoy walking either direction on the beach. Low tides happen twice a day every day, search online for “Port Susan tide table” to view times for low tides.

When the night falls, light a fire in the fire pit and enjoy s’more by the ocean. Melt away all the worries of the world, and surround yourselves with nature’s beauty. We hope that you enjoy this beachfront home as much as we have. Welcome, and relax, you are now on the beach!
