Cozy fireplace in the large master suite, beautiful kitchen with high end appliances, live edge dining table comfortably sits 10, hot tub w/ lounger, gas grill, fire pit, outdoor dining set. Wake up to the glorious sunrise, listen to beautiful birds songs and watch wild life including eagles, seals, orcas and gray whales. 2 state parks within 15 mins away, easy access to bakery, grocery and restaurants.

When the night falls, light a fire in the fire pit and enjoy s’more by the ocean. Read a book or enjoy a family game by the fireplace. Melt away all the worries of the world, and surround yourselves with nature’s beauty. We hope that you enjoy this beachfront home as much as we have. Welcome, and relax, you are now on the beach!

- Mooring buoy and private community boat launch ramp.

- Luxury water view kitchen with high end appliances, fully equipped with pots, pans, plates, and silverware, lovingly stocked with various tea and spices. Cook a gourmet meal and serve food on the large live edge dining table that is designed to seat 10.

Host was very responsive to any questions asked. We had an issue with the smoke detector going off when we arrived. The host was on it right away and had someone come out and fix it. Turns out, they had a power outage and it was an easy fix of flipping the breaker back on. The view was spectacular! We had a very relaxing time. We enjoyed the hot tub, the beautiful deck and did I mention the view! Their new landscaped backyard was wonderful. Their new stairs that they put in make it a nice spot to sit and enjoy the water while dangling your feet in the water. Seriously, the stairs are wonderful to get down to the beach. We would love to come back!

The home was beautiful however lounge furnishing is a bit lacking for the amount of guests it should support. Additionally the refrigerator did not produce ice (had to purchase) or an adequate flow of filtered water. There were some issues with cleanliness - food on the kitchen floor, underwear left under guest bed, heavy covering of spiderwebs covering patio door to hot tub, sand in hot tub, and master window was open which caused a bit of a safety concern. Also, there were no kayaks or other water options as the majority of neighbors have. The view is incredible but restaurant options are highly limited.

We submitted photo evidence with a damage claim related to Jena’s stay and are working directly with VRBO through their claims process. The property was professionally cleaned and personally inspected shortly before Jena’s arrival, and the hot tub had just received a full service with fresh water and new filters. After this five-night stay, our cleaning team found excessive carpet staining, sticky black residue on the indoor jacuzzi, and significant red and pink staining around the sides of outdoor hot tub, requiring it to be completely drained and cleaned. This was one of the most extensive additional cleaning situations we have encountered in our years of hosting.We stand behind the condition in which the home was provided and the documentation supporting our claim. Based on our experience with Jena’s stay and the condition in which the property was left, we would not host her again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property—the location was perfect, the neighborhood was peaceful, and we loved relaxing in the hot tub. The house itself is spacious and has so much potential.That said, the cleanliness didn’t quite meet our expectations. The master shower had some mold, the kitchen sink area wasn’t as clean as we’re accustomed to, and one of the kitchen cabinets smelled like rancid oil and was quite unorganized. It wasn’t a deal-breaker, but it did take away from the overall experience.On the plus side, communication with the host was excellent—we really appreciated the quick and friendly responses. Overall, I’d give the stay 4 stars. With a little extra attention to cleaning, this home would easily be a 5-star rental.

This property is a find and a gem! Beautiful views of the water and the beach, quiet street with lots of other families having a good time. Great kitchen to cook in and beautifully clean!

1 hour from Seattle, no ferry needed. This tranquil neighborhood is surrounded by woods and ocean. In the mornings we often hear beautiful bird songs. There are also 2 bold eagles that live on the trees to the left of the house. If you take a walk on the beach during low tide, you can watch out for them.

During low tide, we enjoy walking either direction on the beach. Low tides happen twice a day every day, search online for “Port Susan tide table” to view times for low tides.

When the night falls, light a fire in the fire pit and enjoy s’more by the ocean. Melt away all the worries of the world, and surround yourselves with nature’s beauty. We hope that you enjoy this beachfront home as much as we have. Welcome, and relax, you are now on the beach!
