Bring the whole family to this great mountain get away with lots of room for fun. There are 3 big areas to hang out. A huge game room with pool table, corn hole, foosball, tv and more awaits! The main great room, kitchen and dining area has a huge table to gather for meals and tv sitting area with beautiful mountain range views. Hot tub and fire pit are just off the lower living room. ATV /snowmobile trails to Peoh Point are located just outside the neighborhood gate. 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms so everyone has space to relax. There’s a Bonus loft that sleeps 4 (age appropriate of course). Just 10 minutes from downtown Cle Elum and 15 minutes from the historic town of Roslyn. This is a quiet family friendly neighborhood. This is not a party house. Noise complaints will be fined up to $700 per infraction by the HOA at any time of the day. Fines will be past on to the guests. There is a noise decibel reader located by the outdoor fire pit to protect guests and the property from noise complaints. It does not record conversations just the decibel volume. For security there are 3 ring cameras located at the property. A doorbell cam at the front door and 2 cameras on the front of the house facing the driveway. These cameras do not record conversations only just video for security.
