A spacious getaway on Orchard Island

Orchard Island, Ohio, situated in Indian Lake, boasts picturesque scenery and recreational adventures on and off the water. The roomy 3-bedroom house offers ample space inside and out to relax and create memories. Quiet mornings and nights offer a great escape from the hustle and bustle of lake life just minutes away. A morning cup of coffee to start the day on the back porch or a peaceful walk at night to end the day is perfect for reflecting on the nostalgia enjoyed.

Unwind and recharge with family, food, and friends, located on a desirable corner lot this spacious house offers families the ability to have their own space but remain close enough to create memories in the large common areas. 3 Bedrooms provide great sleeping options while a large open fully stocked kitchen and connected family room is a great space for get-togethers of all types. With mesh-enabled WIFI the 65-inch Roku TV to watch a game or cuddle up at night with a movie makes the family room a in-demand rendezvous spot. The kitchen has a large table perfect for a big meal or card game. The home also has a washer and dryer to help remove the dirt but not the memories it made. 🙂

The screened-in back porch provides more room to spread out during the day or a peaceful spot for a well-deserved nightcap. The outdoor space continues with a yard large enough for the outdoor lawn games to be enjoyed. Don't forget to grab the food for the cookout compliments of the provided charcoal grill. Bring the gang and have no worries for space with 3 parking spots on the driveway.

Kitchen-fully equipped, coffee pot, blender, microwave, water filtration, deep double sink, cooking essentials, Indoor/Outdoor dishware, appliances including refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher.

General -Keyless entry, WIFI, Central A/C and heating, towels and linens provided, trash bags and paper
towels provided, and some basic laundry/kitchen supplies provided.

We do not provide cable, but guests are welcome to sign in to their own personal YouTube, Youtube TV, Netflix, disney+, prime, etc., accounts on the smart 65-inch Roku TV in the family room!

Your cleaning fee pays for thorough cleaning/sanitation of all floors, counters, bathrooms, and linen service. To keep this fee to a minimum, guests are still expected to perform the following:

1) Please empty all (perishable) food/beverages from the refrigerator/freezer and cupboards.
2) Please wash any used dishes. You may leave it in the dishwasher or place it in cupboards.
3) Please empty all trash. Trash must be bagged and placed on the back screened-in porch.
