This house was built in 1913 and was significantly remodeled in 1963. Look closely for some original features including servant bells and the dumb waiter (now a laundry chute).

There is not central air conditioning, however all of the windows open and the lake breezes keep it much cooler than even one block west. There are window AC units or wall units in every bedroom and the living room.

Outdoor amenities include grill, hammock, hot tub, fire table and solo stove.
