You can not get a better house ON THE LAKE to enjoy with family and friends!

Sip your morning coffee while enjoying the beautiful sunrise from the front porch. This cozy nautical charmer with 4 bedroom, two full bath that has been completely updated with refinished hardwood floors, ceiling fans and period details throughout.

There are plenty of sleeping arrangements with 4 bedrooms, 11 beds that sleep up to 14 guests. Owner has a second home on Lake 2 blocks away for larger or other family members/friends to share in the fun!

Cook great meals in the fully equipped kitchen or grill out, and dine in at the separate large dining room table. The living room has comfortable furniture, smart TV and WIFI throughout. There is additional Smart TV in lower with full sized washer and dryer.

Just a short walk across the street to the beach, lake, concessions, set your eyes on one mile of shoreline at North Beach, voted cleanest beach in Wisconsin for 2004***. Life guards are on duty during the summer. The nearby Riverside, Pugh, and Reefpoint Marina makes this location water sport friendly. Bring your boat, jet ski or wave runner. There are 12 sand volleyball courts. The North Beach Oasis is a concession stand on the beach where you order tasty treats, adult beverages and you can hear live music on the weekends.

Charter a boat for excellent salmon and trout fishing. Walk two blocks to the Racine Zoo. Walking and bike paths are right outside your front door. Kids will go crazy over the new two million dollar playground located on the beach and another in the zoo. Sample some of the fantastic nearby restaurants.

Whether you're looking for peace and quiet or an exciting fun-filled vacation, this home offers the best of everything.

The view from this home was amazing. The beach across the street was a great and so convenient. We came into town for a wedding and it was a great space for our family to come together. The weather was incredible so we we spent a lot of time on the front porch. The home is so cute, very well decorated and maintained. Had everything we needed.

beautiful location

There were 14 of us, and we could have used a dishwasher, BUT the covered front porch looking out over Lake Michigan made the whole stay wonderful!

I didn't realize there was no bathroom or powder room on the main floor which was difficult for elderly people. However, it was very spacious, the view was wonderful and the house was stocked with lots of kitchen and bathroom items.

The view was amazing! We had a great trip. Furniture was comfortable, kitchen adequately stocked. Lots of onsite things like coolers, wagons, sand toys, and towels to make things easier. Loved having both a coffee pot or kuerig, even though we are a coffee pot family! We also appreciated the powerstrips easily accessible.

Lake House

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! If your main objective is to be close to North Beach, then look no further. House is charming and quaint. We sat on the comfortable porch for hours just looking at our stunning view. Water was cold but we got use to it quickly. I would definitely visit again.

Stay for the weekend

Hot water not very hot and took forever to shower...no baking sheets for pizzas...very dusty. The bathrooms were very clean. The two tables and sitting area was great.

Quiet Family Getaway

We have stayed in many different VRBO houses and this was one of our favorites! House was clean, quiet, and cozy. Many thoughtful details attended to, neighborhood felt very safe, and the views and the beach itself were amazing. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend. Thanks!

Great beach location

Great location to access the beach. Appreciated the beach towels, beach wagon and chairs, made beach days more enjoyable. Well stocked house. Enjoyed walks, bike rides and running on the easily accessed bike trail. Great place for our extended family to stay together.

Best Front Porch View

My friends & I loved staying at this house. We spent a lot of time on the front porch admiring the view of Lake Michigan. Short walk to the beach. The beach was clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Having coffee on the porch overlooking the water in the morning was fantastic. Short walk to the beach, volleyball, park, and Main Street. Overall views of beach and sail boats have an ocean vibe that we all enjoyed! Highly recommend this house as Mike was a great communicator, and neighbors were very nice as well.

Family vacation

We had a great stay. Mike was an excellent host, communicating early and giving a lot of information of things to do, see & eat in Racine. The house is a short walk to the beach and we never had a problem finding a place on the sand. The porch was a fantastic place to start the day with a cup of coffee looking at the lake.

Always great

This was our fourth visit to this property. Great location, Mike has done a terrific job of maintaining and updating the property. Highly recommend if you want to be close to the water, beautiful sunrises right from the front porch. Looking forward to returning soon.

My daughter’s 15th birthday

Great weekend with family and my daughter’s friends, watching the sunrise and walking on the beach. Mike is very nice and always very attentive to our questions and needs so that we can have a great time.

Beautiful view from front porch with comfy seating, plenty activities to keep everyone entertained, great restaurants and beautiful beach. We visited some local sites, Windpoint Lighthouse, Zoo, etc and everyone enjoyed them. The house was well equipped with linens, dishes, cookware. We enjoyed grilling and making s’mores on the fire pit. Would definitely return!

Breathtaking

Our stay was amazing, it was so beautiful! The location was perfect we walked to the beach with our family, it’s so nice to be so close to the lake, it makes it easy and pleasurable for those that have children. We had everything we needed linens towels chairs. I recommend this house it’s perfect! I texted the owner a couple of times to ask questions about things in the house or in the area and the response time was quick.

Excellent family vacation house

This house with incredible views of Lake Michigan was the perfect location for my family vacation. We could walk down to the beach or drive down to make unloading for a day at the beach easier. Home owner Mike was helpful when needed in a pinch, but left us to our family time otherwise. House is set up for family meals, movie time, and comfortable lounging and sleeping. We had a great time grilling, chilling, and soaking in the view of the lake.

Fun on the beach

Extended family of 6 adults and 6 children thoroughly enjoyed our stay (June 16 - 20), collecting beach glass and rocks, sitting on porch (especially during sunrise), swimming, hiking, and building sand castles. House has everything we needed for sleep, showering, preparing meals, games, campfire, and Prime access for children's videos. Communication and coordination with Mike was excellent.

Charming lake view house

We rented this house and another one two blocks away from the same owner. It is well located across the street (a quiet street) from Lake Michigan, North Beach, and a wonderful playground for the grandkids. The owner provided everything we needed for a fun vacation: games, toys for indoors and outdoors, beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels and a nice gas grill. And a fresh Kringle was in the refrigerator when we arrived. It was helpful to have laundry facilities in the basement. The house is charming and has many flexible sleeping areas. We loved the covered front porch with fantastic lake views. Central air would have been preferred, but the portable and window AC units did the job. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Great View

The view of Lake Michigan from the house is spectacular and the location in proximity to the beach could not have been better! We loved having our coffee on the porch in the morning and enjoying the sun rise. It was very helpful for there to be beach chairs and a wagon already at the house. They came in handy for our beach days. The house has plenty of room for everyone and came equipped with everything we needed. Reefpoint restaurant and Chartroom were our two favorite local restaurants we ate at. We spent a day of shopping downtown which we were a little disappointed with how little there really was, but we went about 30min away to the Pleasant Prairie outlet mall which had over 90 stores. Mike, the host, was easy to contact and stayed in touch. Overall, our girls trip was great and I would definitely recommend Mike and his lake house.

Get away to the Beach House

My wife and I just spent a wonderful few days at the Lake House with our son and his wife, our daughter and her husband and our six month old granddaughter. Coffee on the front porch over looking Lake Michigan. Morning walks on the bluff and down to paved walkway along the beach. Five minute walk to Racine zoo. House accomodations excellent. Large dinning and living room area. Kitchen fully stocked with dishes. Large gas grill in the back yard. Extras for the beach; beach wagon, towels and chairs. Sleep areas worked out great. Plenty of room for 3 cars on driveway. Front yard landscaping well taken care of, looked beachy. Great communication with Mike. Hope to be able to visit again.
