🌞 Private Saltwater Plunge Pool heats to 100 degrees. (Pool is heated from October-May. $75/day heating fee will be applied)

We hope you enjoy the thoughtful details and create lasting memories here! ❤️ To keep a peaceful vibe in the home, we intentionally decided to keep TVs out of the bedrooms, instead favoring a single Samsung Frame Smart TV in the living area.

We are a husband and wife team! Manley is an Architect and Rebekka is an artist. We both grew up in south AL, but Rebekka specifically grew up in Fairhope and Gulf Shores.
Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade
Rebekka's mom grew up in Gulf Shores and her grandparents had a house on the Lagoon. We decided on the Fort Morgan Area because of it's peaceful setting and the lack of commercial development. It feels just like it did when Rebekka was a child albeit there are a few more houses. The pristine natural beaches and easy access to both the bay and Gulf is exactly what we wanted for Wild Olive Cottage. We are located on the bay, but only a 3-5 min walk to the Gulf beach access. Our driveway lines up directly across from Beacon Ln, which is the path that leads directly to the beach access. So, guest can spend the day at the beach and then come home and spend the late afternoon and evening relaxing in our private saltwater plunge pool while taking in sunset views over the bay.

We designed our home with the intention of creating a peaceful and natural vibe with vaulted pine ceilings that let light fill the house at anytime of day. You can observe the sun's natural pattern from morning to evening all from the main living space. You can see the gulf from the kitchen and turn around and see the bay through the double height windows overlooking the pool.
