Lela, So glad to hear that you enjoyed the location of the property! We have staff available 24/7 to assist with any issues that may arise; We would have been happy to send a cleaner to re-clean the property or bring a remote for the television lacking one had we known. We are glad you found our staff enjoyable to work with and hope you will visit Carolina Beach again!

Sarah - Glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Bobs Place! The floor plan of this condo is great! With the 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs, it gives more room for family to enjoy the large living area downstairs. Did you enjoy the 2 ocean front decks? Beautiful views just outside the slider doors from the living or the master suite. Thank you for alerting us about the stove, we will have maintenance check out the issue. Wonderful to hear that you and your family enjoyed the beach together! Family beach time is what coming to paradise is all about! Thank you again for allowing us to host your beach getaway! Looking forward to your next trip to paradise!

Robert we appreciate your feedback, we are glad that the staff was helpful and I will be glad to share your review with owner. Hope to see you next time.

Hi Cherie - Sorry to hear the beds did not suite your preference. Thank you for calling our office and allowing us to help make your stay more accommodating by removing the foam mattress pad off the Queen bed for you. Thank you for the feedback! We have fixed the sliding door and replaced the vertical blinds in the oceanfront master bedroom, the wallpaper that was peeling off in the downstairs half bathroom has been removed and painted, and the carpets/ upholstery have also been cleaned since your stay. When planning your next vacation, make sure to browse our inventory as we have many options that may be better suited for your needs. Thank you for visiting Carolina/ Kure Beach!

Joan, thank you for the feedback. We truly hate that you ran into issues with your stay. We will alert our maintenance and hospitality teams of your feedback so they are able to resolve them. The sleeper sofa was broken by a guest prior to your stay, and the property owner was working to find a replacement couch. As we could not guarantee a replacement date, we did reach out to all guests at this unit and let them know we could provide a roll-away bed if needed. This email was sent on May 30th, and forwarded to you again per your request.

Tod, thank you for the feedback. We hate that you were disappointed in your stay but glad our team was able to help. The stove in this unit has been replaced, and the HOA is working on replacing all decking in this building in the coming months.

Hello Randy, We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. You contacted us primarily to complain about the beach re-nourshiment. We realize this impacted your stay, just as rainy days might impact you. We realize the latter is more of an "act of god", but the beach renourishment is an act of the government, and it might require an "act of god" to know when and where it will be and how it might impact peoples stay. We have a clause in our contract that explains this risk. As you noted - you did not know what this meant, but you signed the contract anyway. If there is any element of a contract you do not understand, we strongly encourage you to get answers prior to signing. Regarding the paper towels not in the unit, we do not state this as a provided amenity. In fact, our communication with you before your arrival reminds you to bring them. We have no record of anyone smoking in the unit. All of our units are smoke free and we have staff members that are sensitive non smokers that check properties at risk. No issues were reported before or after your stay. Out door pools are open from Memorial day to Labor day pending certificates from the city. The complex you rented, is a large resort that offers a hot tub and indoor pool that was available during your stay. We understand your primary issue is the impact of the renourishment. Something that we do not control, nor are we provided a schedule for. This work is overseen by the US Army Corp of Engineers and we appreciate their necessary work in maintaining our coastal communities. You have made it clear you intend to post on all social sites and you continue to use this in an attempt to extort more money out of us, again, for something out of our control and something we do not have the ability to know how it will impact a renter if at all. Regardless, you seem set on trolling us, however, we stand firm on not giving money to those attempting to extort us on social media to get what they want.

We couldn't agree more, visit again soon!
