The space
This is a warm and cozy oversized treehouse with all the modern-day conveniences! It is a very inviting space that will soften you as soon as you enter. River Road, however, can be a busy road during the high season. Therefore, it is essential to know there is road noise. The good news is that it is generally quiet between 7 pm and 7 am.

Unfortunately, this is not a child-friendly house. It is not child-proofed and has open stairs up to the house. The property is partially fenced, so pets will need to be monitored.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home and deck and outside space. The house is perched on an acre property that is fence-lined along the road. There are several outdoor spaces to enjoy, including a picnic table nestled along the seasonal creek, a couple of Adirondack chairs on a higher landing that overlooks the backyard, a hammock hung between two redwoods in the summertime, a rustic fire pit-styled seating area for contemplation and ceremony, and a lovely white iron cafe table with chairs set against the backdrop of the most unusual and coveted albino redwood tree.
Other things to note
This is the sacred home that I have lovingly enjoyed for six years. I am happy to share it with others. Please bring respect and honor to appreciate a welcoming and energetically clean place.

Also, there is currently no mailbox on the property. Deliveries can be tricky through USPS. UPS and FedEx are generally good with drop-offs to the house. If you need mail delivery or package delivery, it would be best to manage it through the local Monte Rio post office: 19420 Highway 116, Monte Rio, CA 95462.
