A perfect host for a perfect house. Neighbors who live there permanently were incredibly nice as well which I feel like is a plus.

Property was up to date and clean. Views of the ocean and comfortable bedding. Kitchen had everything that was needed. Conveniently located to restaurants and shops.

Hosting Rodney and his group was an absolute pleasure. They were fantastic guests - incredibly quiet, respectful, and left the house spotless. Communication was seamless, though they were so self-sufficient we hardly needed to touch base. I would welcome them back anytime and highly recommend them to any host! 5 stars across the board.

What a lovely beach home! It had everything we needed and the layout with the additional downstairs master suite was perfect. Lots of thoughtful touches made it super comfortable and convenient. Our host was accomodating and easy to communicate with through the booking process. Would love to return for a longer stay.

The house was just right for what we wanted. Very comfortable beds and very nicely decorated. Robyn was an excellent host who picked the tab when we asked to upgrade their small charcoal grill for 4 burner gas grill. Would definitely recommend this property.

Multiple generations of our family and in-laws spent 4 fabulous days and nights at this beautiful home. Everyone was thrilled with the house, the amazing decks, the views, and the direct access to the gorgeous beach. Every element of our stay was just perfect. Our host, Robyn, manages her property’s details for comfort, utility and pampering. We did not eat out or go anywhere else on the island; the house and beach were so lovely, we only wanted to spend our time there. We’re grateful for such wonderful time together and can’t wait to return.

Independence Day Stay

Extremely nice Duplex. Great access to the beaches. Our host was engaged, helpful, and supportive. The family (10), enjoyed beach time, local attractions, and quiet time. Good neighbors, easy access, and a very nice place to bring the family!

Our family just spent a wonderful week at this beautiful beach home, and we truly could not have asked for a better experience. Robyn was absolutely lovely — always present, easy to communicate with, and incredibly generous. She provided so many thoughtful extras that most guests would normally need to bring or purchase themselves, which made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing.Having been tastefully remodeled, the home was a perfect fit for my family. Not to mention how welcoming, well cared for, and perfect for making family memories. One of the sweetest unexpected parts of our trip was getting to meet the precious neighbors who live there year-round. Their kindness and friendliness were truly the icing on the cake.We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already talking about coming back. Highly recommend!

SPECTACULAR!!

Our VRBO host was very responsive every time I had any questions! The house was super clean and was exactly as described! The sunsets and sunrises from the walkway right in front of the house were gorgeous! Easy access to the beach! There are plenty of areas to sit and relax and enjoy the beach life. We will definitely be gong back to stay here. It was a beautiful place and a wonderful stay! I highly recommend!

Great beach spot / clean home /bring own toiletries

Great location with boardwalk right to sand. The house was clean, nice furniture, and large enough for our group. Robin was really helpful, and even took time to help me juggle some rebooking trouble. We would have liked a bit more stock in the kitchen (peeler/wine glasses/cutting board etc). Also, make sure you bring your own shower soap and laundry soap. Everyone liked the place and we would stay again.

Ocean property

Great location, access to the ocean and shopping, newly remodeled duplex, good size rooms. There was minimal toilet paper and paper towels (starter rolls) no soap in most bathrooms and does not include any bath soap, shampoo, etc.

We’ve received 5-star ratings from our other guests on multiple rental sites, so it’s disappointing that you felt like our home only deserved a 3-star rating because of bathroom products. There was hand soap in every bathroom and the kitchen, and starter toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags were supplied to make your check-in day easier. When you inquired about a pack-n-play, one was purchased to make your stay more convenient. What was provided was shared with you before check-in, and I apologize for any misunderstanding. I am glad you enjoyed your vacation and stay otherwise!

Great Stay

Location was amazing. Size of house was just right. We had a great time. Could use more bath towels and toilet paper. Kitchen could’ve used more dish soap paper towels. The bottom level was great but since it doesn’t have enclosed access to the house maybe consider adding a mini fridge, coffee pot and maybe a microwave. There was a strange smell that you got use to once you were in there but very noticeable each time you entered.

Glad you enjoyed your stay! I will take note of your suggestions for the downstairs master. Also, I added an air purifier in that room to address the smell you mentioned. Someone may have smoked in that room or left the patio door open when smoking outside which caused the smell. Hopefully, the air purifier will fix that. Enjoy the rest of your summer!

The place was everything we expected, it was perfect for our family. All the amenities were exactly as described. The kitchen had everything we needed which was great since we ate in most nights. The host sent detailed information ahead of time of what to expect we when arrived. Host also was very good about answering any questions quickly. Highly recommended.
