BEACH BABE is paradise: a newly redone 3-bd/3-ba with private pool & brand-new hot tub & front porch. There are 2 master suites w/walk-in showers. Both have all-new furnishings & decor. The fully-stocked kitchen leads to a new dining table that seats 8 & a breakfast bar that seats 4. Comfortable living room large sofa, 55" television & coffee bar with a 2-drawer fridge for extra food and drinks. The outdoor space has a grill, dining table, hammock & shower. The neighborhood is quiet & only a 3-block walk to the beach. Close to Seaside, Rosemary & 30A.

If you want the perfect spot for your family or friends, BEACH BABE is it! We have turned our cherished home into a 3-bed/3-bath that is as charming as it is peaceful. As a former television executive at HGTV, the elevated design and fun touches are part of what makes this place special. If you want a whole house to yourself, complete with private pool, all while being 3-blocks to the beach, this is the spot.

The changes we've made are awesome. The new luxury master bath has high-end tile, a beautiful walk-in shower, a private toilet room and full-sized washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a new king-sized bed, mattress and decor as well as its own television with cable and a new full-sized sleeper sofa.

The second master bedroom has a new queen-sized bed & mattress, new dresser and television to stream movies and shows while in bed. The bathroom has a new vanity and glass shower enclosure.

The third bedroom is full of charm, with new queen-sized bed & mattress, custom details and its own television for streaming. It also has a view of the pool.

The third bathroom has a new vanity and a walk-in shower with glass shower doors.

There's a fourth shower outside, complete with new tile work.

The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open, so it's ready for your crew. The dining room has a new 60" round dining table that seats eight. The breakfast bar seats 4. The large television in the living room features surround sound and a full cable package.

We also added a new coffee bar, with a butcher block top and two-drawer fridge for extra food/drinks as well as storage for food items.

The outdoor spaces are an oasis. We added a front porch to the home, and it's a peaceful little spot to read or have coffee. The back deck is made for relaxation. And most of it is brand new: the hot tub, the furniture, the dining table and umbrella and hammock.

The private pool is not heated -- but there's always the hot tub!

The home is yours for your stay! You can access all but the owner's closet.

This is a vacation home. We live in Nashville with our 6 kids! But the property is managed locally, so there's someone to call if you need help with anything.

It is a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood, only a 3 block walk to the beach. The beach is never crowded, so there's plenty of space to spread out. There is often a sandbar and the water is usually calm and clear. It's perfect for families! This is a beach for a true vacation and rest from the noise.

Conveniently located between Panama City, Laguna Beach and the 30 A Beaches like Rosemary Beach, Seaside, Alys Beach, etc. Lots of shopping options nearby, as well as restaurants. You can opt for a casual meal with live music in Panama City Beach or head the same distance in the other direction to Rosemary Beach if you're looking for something a little fancier.

For High Season, we ask that you book Saturday to Saturday.
