The property location was 10/10. Right on the ocean and absolutely stunning sunsets and dolphin watching. We brought our pup and having accommodations that accepted pets with this location was AMAZING!

We loved Flip Flops beach house! Beautiful location right on the beach. We had 2 golf carts to use a 4 person and a 6 person. The house was clean and set up perfectly. We watched some wonderful sunsets and found some amazing seashells. Hope to come back again!

The house was set up fantastic. We had plenty of kitchen supplies and linens for the week. Being on the beach was great and we had amazing views of the sunset.

Real beach vacation

A very unique place right on the beach. Just wonderful peaceful place to reconnect. We had great weather, just a bit windy, but thatā€™s to be expected on the beach. The outside eating area is so fun and commodious. Hope to come back!

You canā€™t ask for a better spot on the beach. The house met all of our expectations. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked and the air conditioning was a welcome perk after being on the beach all day.Thank you John and Jennifer!

The best sunset on the island

Absolutely stunning sunsets and plenty of beach directly in front of house. We have stayed on the island several times and this was by far the most enjoyable. The house is perfect with everything you need for a perfect vacation.

Great location and super fun house

The house was in a great location, the beach access was the best. The house was prepared with all the activities for kids. The staff responded super fast and brought me some medicine from mainland drugstore the following day which made the stay in the island very confortable.

This is the second time I have stayed in this house. It has been bought and renovated and is even better than before! Great location..on the beach and beside the runway! It is my favorite spot on the island..The property managers were wonderful..so friendly and helpful.. I can't wait to go back!

Comfortable lovely home on the beach.

Great location with stunning sunsets. The house was as depicted, very comfortable and clean with great balconies for watching the sunset over the beach. Efficient air con, which was certainly needed! We had some top up grocery shopping delivered part way through, a great service. A couple of minor issues were dealt with very quickly, thank you. Overall a great stay.

This is the third time I have stayed in this house. It is a wonderful home and the best spot on the island!! It sits on a beautiful stretch of beach and beside the runway!! Always my first choice!! The inside is so nice and the outside seating is wonderful!! LOVE IT!!

Loved it!

Logistics of getting to North Captiva can be a little challenging but it really is a special place. We really enjoyed Flip Flopsā€¦layout of the house was perfect for our group, was clean, and had everything we needed. We all loved eating dinner while watching the sun set each night. Highly recommend Captiva generally and this property specifically!

Refreshing Stay in North Captiva

The house is on a beautiful quiet little beach. We had someone catch a tiny hammerhead looking shark and saw a proposal right in front of the beachfront we were staying on. Everyday we would go out and find the most amazing sea shells! Such a nice island that has the friendliest group of people staying there. We took a few boat rides and the dolphins swam with us for half of the ride. Everyone was very accommodating. Only tip would be to plan ahead and read the welcome pack that details the necessary arrangements. You'll have the best time!

Sunset central!

Amazing sunsets, outdoor is super nice! Right next to the air strip - kids had fun watching planes take off and land!! From the balcony could easily spot dolphins. Canā€™t wait to see how the inside of the house evolves over time.

Beautiful Beach House

We had a fabulous week at the Flip Flops Beach House! The location of the house being right on the beach was perfect We had beautiful sunsets every night and loved hearing the sound of the Gulf. All beach needs were full-filled with beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and beach games. The house had incredible views and had everything we needed. It was a great getaway!

Most peace and relaxing vacation ever

My family and I loved our vacation at Flip Flops. Everything was better than described! Iā€™m so happy my family got to experience the laid back atmosphere and totally relax just steps from the beach. Shallyā€™s was amazing with step by step instructions, getting our grocery order and delivering it, and helping us rent an additional golf cart. Everything you needed was already at the property to cook and clean, play, and relax next to the ocean. Loved all the wildlife as well!
