Pool Oasis House Near Hard Rock

Relax in this fully furnished 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house. Private backyard with patio area, BBQ, gazebo and pool (not heated). It sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms. Easy 10 min drive to Las Olas, SE 17th St and FLL Airport. 20 min drive to Ft Lauderdale Beach. $10 Uber ride to downtown Ft Lauderdale bars and Hard Rock Casino. Smart TV's in living room and bedrooms. High speed WiFi and parking for 2 cars in driveway. No parties allowed. The home is not handicap accessible since there are some steps.
The space
Private backyard with a large pool (not heated), BBQ, grass area, picnic table on the patio & gazebo for shade. Lots of outdoor living space. Fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker. 4 Smart TVs (no cable) with a big screen in living room and TV's in each bedroom. Separate dining room with table that seats 8. Four bedrooms. Two full bathrooms, one with a shower/tub, 2nd bathroom has a shower and laundry facilities with washer & dryer.
Guest access
Full private access to house includes living room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room and private backyard pool area. No access to garage or backyard shed.

Early check-in and late check-out available only with advanced notice and $100 extra fee, not always available.
Swim at your own risk.
Lock cars, hosts are not responsible for car break-ins or stolen property.
No smoking or vaping inside home.
No parties, quiet hours from 10pm-7am daily. Noise decibel monitors in dining room to detect loud noises after hours and cigarette smoke detectors inside home (both required by City of Ft Lauderdale).
Front door has Ring camera for outside security surveillance (no cameras inside house).
$50 charge for not cleaning BBQ (with photo evidence provided).
2 toilet paper rolls, provided in each bathroom (to get you started) you must provide any more required during your stay.
