We have been staying in this unit for years and never disappoint us. The Studio is centrally located on one of the best beaches and tourist section. Whether you go on business or vacation, it is the perfect place. Once again, thank you Rita for your hospitality.

The host is very welcoming and responsive. The apartment is fully equipped with all necessities and any small thing one might need while traveling. Bedding is very comfortable. Building and grounds are well maintained. Location is excellent, very convenient to beach, eateries, entertainment.

The view from the balcony was refreshing! The studio itself could benefit from a few upgrades but nevertheless it was spacious enough for a couple, clean and the shower was perfectly hot. The building itself was clean and quiet, and the residents were soo friendly. Now on to the host, AMAZING. I didn't have to contact her at all because she made everything so easy and the studio included everything you could think of as well as items that you may have forgotten. So, if you're looking for a nice clean place to stay that's right on the beach and walkable to tons of restaurants and stores then this is the place for you!

The host sent a welcome message as I arrived. The accommodations was exactly as it was pictured. I was surprised to see a complimentary bottle of wine as well as other items. I was definitely not disappointed.

A perfect studio apartment with every amenity you could want. I have never had such a responsive host. Even before i arrived she made sure the unit had a proper hairdryer meeting my needs. The coolers and ice bars, beach chairs, and a fully stocked kitchen ( tiny but sufficient!).Rita also acted like my personal concierge, giving great suggestions to make my stay even better. She came over to help me with the cable TV. Wonderful person. I look forward to coming back soon!

This was a beautiful studio. Clean, a great location near everything. It also has a beautiful view of the beach.. there's also supplies of everything that you need that you may forget to bring on your vacation. With definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed this property. Great pool and access to the beach. Lots of restaurants in the area for all different tastes. I would say there were a few cosmetic issues in the studio, but none of it hindered our vacation. Just wanted to be honest that it didn’t seem “new” or remodeled fully. We would stay here again.

Relaxing stay

I had a wonderful stay! The actual unit has stocked everything you would need to have a restful and enjoyable vacation! The view from the balcony is fantastic! The property manager is delightful and exceptional ! She brought a great lantern by the unit during a storm! It was very kind and thoughtful of her! I would highly recommend this place when you visit Isla Verde!

This place has everything that you need and I rather stay here than a hotel. It’s well equipped with cookware, board games, tv with cable, beach towels, cooler to take to the beach. The bed was super comfortable and the balcony was so nice. Communication with the host was good, self check in was a easy. The building offer a parking spot, pool and beach access. The area is very safe and have many options to shop groceries and dine in. I will be coming back. Thanks Rita!

Host was very prompt in addressing concerns. The AC unit quit. Within a day and a half a new one was installed.

Apt has a great balcony where you are supposed to enjoy the city and beach view. I can't even enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning because there was no access to it. The owner did not provide a key to access the balcony. Bath was dirty, and the washbasin was impossible to handle. The faucet is uncomfortably located. Other than that, location and access to the beach is great. Many rest and nearby brunch locations. Summary: for me it was OK.

Cute spot close to everything!

Eudis (Anita) was the perfect host! She made sure to stay in contact with us and made everything very easy during our stay. The apartment is fully stocked with every little thing you could need during your stay. She even left a gallon of filtered water in the fridge for us which was most appreciated after a long day of travel. The apartment is right on the beach with beautiful ocean views from your private balcony. The pool is huge but never crowded. The bed was super comfortable. My only complaint would be about the street noise. Even though you're on the 9th floor it can be very noisy from down below making it hard to sleep sometimes. But this is not something that can be controlled by the host. My teenage daughter and I felt very safe here and would definitely stay again if we returned to San Juan.

Not Newly Remodeled

This location was great but the unit is not clean at all. Dust in sofa, dirt in floor, ants, and bathroom shower has stuck on dirt in tiles. I also do not feel this unit should be advertised as remodeled and the furniture and counters are old. The thing that bothered me the most was the uncleanliness of the unit. I witnessed the cleaning lady sitting by the door at the same time of check out so I don’t understand why this unit was that unsanitary.

Paradise Completion

Upon booking this condo on Vrbo, Ms. Rita was extremely communicative and gave us a wonderful list of places what to do, where to go to visit for activities/restaurants/local places that were recommended. This even included telling us the doctor offices and pharmacies. Upon arrival it was seamless: we checked in at the gate, got our bracelets, and found our room. If you have long nails thst lockbox will take patience but it was very easy getting our keys & settling in. Inside is nirvana! They have a wonderful A/C system trust was set at 68 degrees absolutely perfect. The LED lights really make the room. We only had two issues: the hot water in the shower and the A/C as leaking on the floor on night 6. Both issues were immediately fixed by Ms. Rita and hr charming husband. He came and fixed the shower temperature and came and helped us lay down towels at 10pm at night. By the next morning the A/C was working perfectly after he and a worker came and fixed it. They are central to the airport by like 3-6 minutes and while we only needed three Ubers (to & from the airport and going to Casa Bacardi) everything was a easy walk. Mi Casita was a wonderful restaurant which we ate at most nights. The wine store/restaurant across the street had a lovely brunch and great wine selection. You can not beat their beach access and the condo came with beach towels, sunblock, beach chairs, etc. This is definitely a place you should book! I can't wait to return!

L’appartement était très propre et la vue superbe. L’établissement, quoique datant de quelques années, est fort bien entretenu, propre et son personnel sympathique. La dame avec qui nous nous avons échangés, Rita, était un charme. Le secteur semblait sécuritaire mais était très bruyant la nuit. Nous avons acheté des bouchons pour les oreilles et tout était parfait ensuite :-) À proximité d’une épicerie et d’une grande pharmacie qui ont répondu à tous nos besoins. Le restaurant Kumo, à quelques minutes de marche, est maintenant l’un de nos restaurants préférés :-) La plage était également superbe et d’une propreté exemplaire. Je recommande :-(

Ocean Breezes

I loved the cozy, clean studio and the entire property! It was an ideal location steps from the beach and a pool. It was well stocked with toiletries, beach accessories, and games! The view from the balcony was fantastic and one could feel the ocean breezes. I would highly recommend it and I am looking forward to staying there in the future! Susan A.

Great location, very responsive host

The location is just steps from the beach! The building itself is quiet but you can hear street noise at night. Our host Rita was very responsive when the A/C was making strange noises. She had it fixed the same day (and left a bottle of wine). The building gave us warning that the water would be off one night. Rita was there with water bottles and a bucket to hold extra water for flushing. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants a great beach vacation.
