I’m so sorry to hear that a family member slipped in the primary shower — I’ll be adding a bath mat immediately to make it safer going forward. I’m also very sorry about the hair on the sheets in the second bedroom; that’s definitely not up to our standards, and I’ve already talked to my cleaning team to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Thank you for pointing these issues out, as your feedback really helps me improve. It’s great to hear you still enjoyed your stay overall and found our place to be a great value.
