Two indoor dining tables can accommodate up to 16 guests, with room for 4 more at the kitchen island bar. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including two full sized fridge/freezer combo units, and two dishwasher for easy cleanup.



On the ground level, there is are two separate queen bedrooms, and also a King bedroom. The remaining 7 bedrooms are located upstairs. Each bedroom features its own smart TV, fresh linens, and most have their own ensuite bathroom. You'll also find an upstairs TV lounge, with a game table that can convert from a billiards table to a table tennis set up.

Guest Access:

• Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay.



Parking Information:

• The driveway can accommodate 5–6 cars with proper arrangement.

• Street and sidewalk parking is strictly prohibited and may result in your vehicle being towed.



Overflow & Overnight Parking:

• Additional parking is available at the clubhouse area on a first-come, first-served basis (look for the red flags).

• If you need overnight parking, use the designated area near the lake, located by the entrance of the security gate, directly across the street from 3890 Sonoma (at the Sonoma Resort B-pass area).



• Guests have full access to the Sonoma Resort clubhouse, which offers a large resort-style swimming pool with a hot tub and poolside loungers, a fitness center, a children’s playground, and scenic walking and jogging trails.

• The pool is not heated and the hot tub at the home is currently unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. In the meantime, guests are welcome to enjoy the resort’s shared hot tub, available daily from 9:00 AM until dusk. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out—we're happy to help!



Additional Service:

Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

House Rules:

Sonoma Resort Policies – Please see below the resort's check-in and check-out policy:

Check-In: Guests must arrive at their scheduled check-in time once the home is ready. Early arrivals are not allowed, and guests cannot enter the property or use amenities before check-in.

Check-Out: Guests must vacate the property on the scheduled check-out day.

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property and risk a fine of $150 and/or your full deposit will be forfeited.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Please clean up after yourselves. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee.

4. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit.

5. We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the pool. Please follow all safety precautions and use at your own discretion.

6. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in our home.
