Located in a peaceful neighborhood, this home offers easy access to the village. Just a mile and a half from town center, restaurants and shops are easy to get to and popular Mayo Beach is a short trip away. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 and a half baths. There are cathedral ceilings in the living area with sliders out onto the deck. The living room has a 50" flat screen TV. Outdoor furniture and a grill are provided and there is even an enclosed outdoor shower great for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining table seats 6. The bedrooms are good sized and feature a king (2 twins together) in the primary, a double in the second bedroom and 2 twins in the third bedroom. Mini splits have been installed in this house for your comfort. (Units located in each bedroom and the main living area) The lower level of the house offers a large game room with ping pong table as well as a separate media room with a large screen and projector. Other amenities of the rental are wifi access, washer and dryer. 3 night minimums available for an added cleaning fee. 7 nights or more include cleaning fee. Nice home with steep and rocky approach

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this home based on the nice photos, but were unaware of the steep and rocky downhill path from the parking area to the home itself. My mother walks with a cane, as she is older, and this was difficult for her every time we went in or out. Also, the home had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. I cleaned some of it myself and then I spoke with the rental agent who sent a cleaning crew the next day. No credit to the bill was offered to us. In a case like this, I think it ought to have been.

Very Enjoyable Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with this rental! It's on a quiet street, but it's still not too far from the center of Wellfleet. The house was comfortable, clean, spacious, and wonderfully air-conditioned...which we really needed that week. Very nice, new appliances too! We were very happy staying here and would definitely come back!
