With a king bed, 3 queen beds, a twin bunk bed, and a queen sized pull out sofa, there's ample space for family and friends. Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher, perfect for preparing meals after a day of adventure.

Relax outside on the patio/balcony, or unwind in the 2,000 square feet of living space. Immerse yourself in the local culture with nearby attractions such as the Polynesian Cultural Center and Hukilau Marketplace. Adventure awaits with ATV tours, zipline experiences, horseback riding, snorkeling, premier hiking trails, golf, and renowned surf spots just moments away. Experience the best of Hawaiian living in our peaceful beachside getaway.

* Where applicable, the 3% per-transaction payment processing fee and any third party fees or commissions are non-refundable.

* No parties or disruptive events allowed. No smoking. No pets. In compliance with community rules, daily quiet hours are from 10 pm - 8 am.

* To remain compliant with local laws and regulations, a signed guest agreement and photo ID is required prior to arrival. It outlines all of our rules, terms and conditions. Your rental term is thirty days regardless of your actual length of stay (you don't have to stay all 30 days). Dates described as "Check in", "Check out", "Arrival", "Departure" or similar terms anywhere on this site or in any communications, indicate dates of occupancy, not an advertised rental term.

* Security holds and deposits are standard practice in the rental industry. A deposit hold of $750.00 is needed to stay at the property. It is only a hold on your provided payment method, not a charge.

The house was spacious with plenty of room for our big family. The kitchen was huge and well-equipped and we cooked a lot of meals there. We appreciated that we could do laundry there and also that every room had an AC unit. The pool was a nice bonus since the beach was a little far for walking but was a short drive away.

Perfect spot for family vacation

Our family of 9 came to celebrate my Mom’s 70th birthday. It was a great location to enjoy the island! The swimming areas were perfect for my 4 year old to enjoy and the snorkeling was fun for the other adults. The house was clean and the hosts accommodating! I would recommend this house to anyone!

Vacation

The house was very nice and clean. Good access to the beach. My only complaints were that the trash in the cans outside were overflowing and we had nowhere to put our trash and the air conditioning units were not adequate for the size of the house for the upstairs area.

Hawaii for graduation

Came out to Graduation from BYUH, was 5 min drive to campus. Enjoyed some other activities in the area with a short drive.Backing out a larger car is challenging.

Older family

When we first arrived we were excite but yet tired from our long flights. Once we found the house and were able to explore it, it was set up great for our family. The only thing that wasn’t good for our family was the location. And we should have did more exploring on that part. Because our sons and a girlfriend all are in their late 20s and wanted “hip” places to go hang out at, listen to music go shopping lay on the beach…just wanted more things to do then what this location offered. So if you are a family with children 12 and under or an older couple in your middle 60s and looking for a place that is quiet then this is the place for you. The children can explore the beach and hopefully discover a sea cucumber or two and maybe see a whale breach on the horizon.The host was very good to talk with and very understanding.

Beautiful home, great location

Home is 5 bedrooms and 3 bath. Has fridges up and down stairs to hold all the food and drink for large parties. We loved the place and love to be on the island away from the concrete city. It’s only 1,5 miles from the Polynesian Cultural center. Had a Longs (CVS) across the street. Also has a full blown grocery store right next to it.

Family Unity

Our family really enjoyed our time together. From Tiffany keeping in contact with me made it easy to know what was expected. Our little one year old had a great yard to play in. She enjoyed the beach also. Beach toys were available for her to play with. The older kids enjoyed the beach. The shopping center directly across the road made it convenient for last minute items. The Polynesian Cultural Center was just ten minutes away. Thank you for a great family bonding time.

Great house for our family vacation

Lovely house and the beach access was great. Tiffany was super responsive to any concerns and easy to communicate with. My family (8 adults, 2 kids) had a great time with plenty of space for all of us. We had a wonderful vacation. Thank you!

Beautiful oasis

The house was beautiful, well stocked with everything you may need, right next to the beach, also near many of the activities we wanted to enjoy, which all led to an overall relaxing atmosphere that helped our family really enjoy our vacation.

Lovely home with beach steps away

A wonderful home for a great time on close to the North shore. The beach was so close with gentle waves, easy to take children and explore around the reefs and play in the ocean. And when we were done, it was very nice to sit on the 2nd floor balcony or living room and enjoy the gentle ocean breeze.

Had a great time on the beach with family!

I grew up in Hawaii and remember coming to this same beach every weekend with my family when I was little. My siblings and I learned to swim in Alligator Pond. Years later, I took my nephews and niece to learn how to swim there. It's the safest place for little kids on that whole stretch of beach. And yet again many years later, I am back with my grand-nieces, and my sister and her family. Three generations under one roof! Still a great time! The beach is right there just past the backyard. It's so nice to see the little ones playing in the same pond, exploring the same tidepools. It was a little busy at times with 11 people in the house. However, everyone had a comfortable bed. By day, my grown niece and nephews went to explore the many nearby attractions. I was content to stay with the little ones by the beach. When they were tired of playing, we went back to the house for a shower, nap, and a homecooked meal. I love to cook and that kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools I need to feed my family! Though the old beach house that I practically grew up in was close by, I enjoyed staying at this newly built home. I especially loved sitting on the second floor balcony watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee (or two). Would definitely return again!

I am currently serving in the military. Due to work obligations, I am unable to live in the house full time before retirement. Renting it out when I can't stay there with my family. I have worked hard to make the house a family friendly home and I am proud to share it with guests in the interim.

This is a home that was built in 2017, so it is newer than most homes in the area. It was designed for my multigenerational family to live the Aloha life on the beach, with the backyard opening into a large common area and beach access. The beach itself features both tide pools and sandy parts to swim. That stretch of the beach is never crowded and safer for children.

The house is in a private community that fosters a family friendly environment. It's also conveniently located close to several major attractions (i.e. Polynesian Cultural Center and Laie town is about 5 mins away by car) but far enough away from the crowds to be a relaxing home. Grocery stores and good eats are in walking distance of the house. Additional restaurants and grocery store options are available close by in Laie.

The best part of the house is the first floor patio or second floor balcony. From there, you can watch the sunrise while enjoying a cup of coffee or homemade breakfast. The full kitchen is stocked with a range of appliances and cooking tools for those who like a home cooked meal.

The house is situated in a private community and away from major crowds. All bedrooms have A/C units and ceiling fans. The house gets regular cool breezes from the ocean, so A/C is not used most days. In fact, the second floor living room is the coolest room in the house (with windows and patio doors open) at night due to the ocean breeze.

The house has all the basic amenities you'd expect to find in a home. Clean linens, blankets, pillows, and extras in case you need (most people don't need due to the warmer climate of Hawaii).
