Located in the exclusive gated resort of CALABAY PARC TOWER LAKE just 17 mins from Disney. This newly updated and freshly painted inside and out 4 bed 3 bath villa has a PRIVATE SOUTH FACING POOL for those who want to enjoy the sun all day. Covered Lanai with table & chairs for Al Fresco dining.

Family living area with 60 inch HDTV surround with cable, Blu-Ray/DVD, CD and iPod/iPhone player. Large patio doors lead to the pool area. Open plan kitchen with seperate dining area with seating for 8.

2 Masters, 1 King and 1 Queen bedroom each with 42 inch HDTV and en-suite facilities. Queen Master with access to the pool. 2 further Queen bedrooms each with 32 inch HDTV.

Games Room with pool table, air hockey and Wii console. Wi-fi access throughout the whole Villa.

Great Place And Location

Great place and centrally located within 5 miles from shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. The only issue we had was the remote control to the ceiling fan in the living room was missing

Awesome home

This house was VERY CLEAN. Very nicely decorated. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen, towels. The pool was great. Great communication with the owner. Best house we have stayed in. We will definitely stay at this home again.

Nice, clean, had everything you need for pool, kitchen supplies, very thorough with a guest notebook with local numbers, places to eat etc. The fact that short trip to Walmart or grab a bite to eat. Loved the gated community and knowing there was a security guard 24/7 making us feel safe!!!! We will definitely stay here again if available.

Florida vacation

We came for the week to visit family and go to each coast and visit the beaches. This location was perfect for us. It was 1.5 hours from Clearwater and Cocoa. We had all the shopping and food options we needed just a short distance away. The property was simply perfect. Beautiful large home for our family of 4, the pool was of course a lovely luxury! Everything we needed was there! The property owner was pleasant and responsive!

I want to add to my other post!

Not only was the house very very clean, but there was many dishes, glasses, cups and bowls. There was melamine dishes and drink ware to eat outside. Pots and pans, towels, and additional utensils were plentiful! The pool was very clean, and the landscaping was well maintained. Can’t wIt to go back next year!

Our stay was a great stay , only downsides would be that in three of the bedrooms there was hair in the sheets on the bed and blankets in the closet. Cleanliness would be a 3/5 due to the dead cockroach in between the sliding doors on the inside of the property. Another downside would be the pool light being out for majority of our stay I have kids and a grandchild that enjoy the pool that could not enjoy it to its full potential due to the light being out and it did not get fixed until the end of the week so we had to use our own large flashlight to swim at night and try not to disturb the neighbors with the outside lights .

Nice house, overall would consider staying again

Nice house, there was just an issue with the pool that I wish we knew about before we arrived. When we arrived the pool water had a green tint to it, was very cloudy, and had a very strong chlorine odor. When I reached out to the management company and owner I got immediate responses. Apparently the management company noticed the pool issue a couple days before our arrival and it was being treated. So pool wasn't usable for the first day. I wish we had known this before we arrived since our kids were looking forward to swimming as soon as we arrived. Exterior of the house could use a bit of cleaning as well, but nothing that took away from our visit. The owner mentioned he had plans to paint the house soon. Overall I would definitely consider staying here again.

Great place to stay for the week. Great pool, game room, TVs/internet for the kids. Nice neighborhood, close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Easy access to I-4 for visiting Orlando or Tampa.

We had a great holiday in this Villa,beds were really comfortable,kitchen had all necessary equipment,nice big TV with comfortable sofa to watch from.Pool area was very clean and pool was cleaned twice a week and heated.Overall a very nice Villa and communications with the owner were excellent.Thanks Ariel.

An amazing experience

First let me say, this property is absolutely beautiful. My kiddos and bestfriend enjoyed the experience. I even cleaned up prior to leaving as well as doing laundry. The security guards are very welcoming. And the property managers are sweet as pie. I will definitely stay again. We would have liked the pool to reach it's desired temperature. But, we got in it anyways. As a travel agent, I will definitely book this rental for my clients.

Highly recommended!

Ariel was very quick to respond to any inquiries. The property itself was even better than the photos depicted! It has been painted inside and out. There isn’t anything I would say needs to be changed, everything was well thought out ! Definitely we will do a repeat visit!

Excellent Florida Home

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The furnishings are up to date and well kept. The pool and outdoor space is fantastic. Both the owner and property managers are responsive and easy to work with. We highly recommend this home and we had a fantastic stay.

Wonderful home away from home!

We totally enjoyed staying at this lovely home. Ariel was always available, and eager to help with any request. The property is exactly as shown in the photos, and the neighborhood is a well protected, lovely area. We enjoyed the excellent pool on every day of our stay! There is an abundance of storage as all closets and dressers are completely emptied with the exception of linens, and the kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils and pots and pans. We were especially impressed with cleanliness of the entire interior of the property. We would highly recommend this location and hope to visit again whenever possible. Thank you again Ariel for sharing your lovely home!

Had a bit of trouble getting the lock box to work until we figured out the reset switch.

Loved the property, had a few minor items that could have been repaired like the verticals blinds in the living room, if you touched them individual blinds would fall off. And the closet door to the towels in the hallway fell off the track when opening. The house was clean, and had most items needed as far as the kitchen was concerned, but could have had trash bags, dish soap etc. The pool was nice and heated to 85 as promised, there was some debris in and on the bottom, I retrieved the net to remove these items but it had no net in it. Overall loved the rental and would stay there again if the opportunity came up.

Perfect Vacation Home!

The home was perfect for a family of 8. The place was clean and equipped with everything you need. Ariel is a great host and always available when you need him, Very nice and wants to share all hé knows about the area. The place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located. We had a great stay!

How was beautiful, cozy , and close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Home was amazing and great communication with the host. Home had some issues with the air and tv in the family room but he host had great communication and was on top of the issues. Location was between Tampa and Orlando (but closer to Orlando 20 miles Tampa 65 miles. We went to Clearwater and Siesta Key Beach in Sarasota which took about a hour and a half but great time for us and teenage boys. Thanks Ariel

PERFECT

We have been home for 4 weeks now and I’m still missing this perfect villa. There was not one thing I would change about this home. Not once did we say I wish it had this or had that, it had everything we needed. There was every kitchen utensil you could need along with a variety of pots and pans, there was nothing missing to enable you to make a meal if you wanted to. You could not run out of plates, mugs or glasses as the cupboards were well stocked and there was also all the plastic ware you could need. As soon as we walked in it just looked perfect from the beautiful wooden floor that ran through the living room and bedrooms, the stylish sofa and comfortable beds, to the chrome fridge, cooker and dishwasher, it was all very elegant. The outside was just as good. We had lots of rain while we were there but it didn’t matter that we couldn’t do a lot as we were happy to stay in such wonderful surroundings. Although it was wet we could still sit outside by the pool as there was such a large lanai and even this had an outdoor sofa, chairs and stools not the usual plastic furniture. There was even a television under the lanai. The pool area was so spacious and peaceful, not overlooked at all. From the dining room you can see the lake. I loved getting up in a morning and drinking my tea sat at the dining table just looking at the lake. It is just a beautiful estate. Some people think it’s a bit too far from the parks but it seemed an ideal location to us, just off the US27 and close to the I4, so everywhere is easy to get to and you’re on a gated community with a lovely lake. The whole villa inside and out was immaculate. Plenty of towels for the bathrooms as well as pool towels. Everything was spotlessly clean. Ariel the owner was a pleasure to deal with. He answered every email I sent immediately. We have stayed in several villas over the years and this is the first time we have had no issues at all, admittedly our issues have only ever been small but this time there was absolutely nothing. Ariel made sure I had everything I needed before I went, he emailed us on arrival at the villa to welcome us He then emailed at the end of our stay to wish us a safe journey home. I couldn’t have asked for anymore from him or his beautiful home. My husband and I will be returning to Florida next year and if this villa is available this is where we will be. If you want a perfect villa this is it. Thanks Ariel for allowing us to stay.

Beautiful home

This is a lovely home and we enjoyed our stay very much. The manager was very prompt and helpful with the very minor issues we had. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the games room. I appreciated how clean and well kept everything was. The kitchen had everything we needed, lots of room for our family of 5.

Of course I visit Florida annually with my family and we had the pleasure of once again staying in this beautiful villa. Our stay was from August 13th to the 23rd and then again in November for 4 nights. This is, and will always remain my number one place to stay when I visit.
