Our fully furnished 5 bedroom luxurious villa is equipped to the highest standard and everything you need for your perfect dream holiday is here including all linen, towels and kitchenware. There is plenty of accommodation to sleep from 2 to 10 people so it is ideal for 2 families to share and enjoy. It is also perfect for 1 family to spread out and relax in comfort!

Great care and attention has been paid to the choice of furnishings and dƩcor to offer you the very highest standards and comforts home from home.

The two superb spacious master bedrooms each include: king size beds, Smart HD TVs, walk in wardrobes, twin vanity units, and en-suite bathrooms.

The roomy well designed lounge is large enough to accommodate two good-sized sofas and single chair.

A superb gas heated pool with built in spa, extended pool deck and upgraded furniture is the height of luxury, allowing you to chill out and relax and after a fun filled day at the parks or golfing. The whole pool is fully screened and has a beautiful view over a large retention pond. The pool gets sun all day with beautiful sunsets. To cap it all, there is an extended covered furnished lanai (patio) area and with its own ceiling fan - unadulterated luxury to complement the perfect holiday. (please note/ pool & spa heating is an optional extra)

There is a games room including a full size pool table, Fus Ball table and air hockey table and lots of pool toys.

The fully fitted kitchen includes fridge freezer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave and all necessary appliances, cutlery, plates etc. There is a laundry room with full size washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and vacuum cleaner.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout with additional ceiling fans in lounge and all bedrooms.

There is a safe provided so you can store your passports, airline tickets etc. A complimentary stroller, high chair and cot is provided.

There is a friendly and local property management company on call to answer questions or offer assistance.

We are from the northeast so we try and break up our winters. We've rented plenty of houses over the last couple years. This house was exactly as described. There were a couple of minor issues as there is in every rental. The host responded quickly with the issues. Nothing that would ruin anyone's vacation. The neighborhood is gated which sometimes can be annoying. Nope not here super easy and friendly. Quiet neighborhood. Everything you need for your stay is right down the street. I have no complaints, I liked the place!!

The villa is lovely and very spacious. There were five of us including my husband and I, and our three children (19, 18 & 14). The en-suites for each bedroom were fab and meant we all had our own space. The pool was fantastic and was used everyday, and the jacuzzi was an added bonus. The games room was great fun and served the kids well in between pool time and to wind down on an evening. The area has everything you need from supermarkets to fast food places with plenty of choice. The hosts communicated really well and explained everything we needed to know. We had an amazing two weeks holiday and managed to fit in three of the parks, two trips to the coast (we didn't mind travelling and went to both the gulf coast and the Atlantic side), a Halloween event, and a rodeo on the Saturday night. The villa was a welcome haven on our chill days amongst the business of the holiday. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying in this villa if you want to be in central Florida and around 50 minutes away from Orlando.

This house was so clean and was in a very nice area. Close to many restaurants and shopping. The owners were very quick to respond with any questions or concerns. The pool/patio are was my favorite place to hang out. The game room was a nice touch also. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again if I was in the area.

Comfortable like home

This house has a lovely pool which was our highlight for the stay. While I wouldn't call it "luxury" as the description says, it was comfortable like our home and had everything we needed. (To me, luxury is new and updated and has a personal service at my every beck and call.). Having a laundry room during our stay was also a wonderful plus. The house is close to Walmart and we easily ordered Door Dash as well. The house was centrally located as we drove all over central Florida. The kids also enjoyed the game room. Escape from Michigan winter

We got to this area of Florida annually for spring break, primarily to get away from the grayness of the long Michigan winter. We stayed 7 days at this property and had a great experience. The first several days were very hot (which we loved) but Iā€™d did overload the community power grid and the entire area lost power for about three hours. I informed the property manager and they replied immediately with an estimated time of restoration. This happens at home in the summer so I didnā€™t find this to be unusual. Power was restored sooner than the estimation and we continued on with our vacation. We enjoyed the heated pool and spa everyday. We were sad to leave.

Second Visit to this house!

This was the second time we stayed at this house in Haines City. We had one of our daughters' family also stay for a week. The house is perfect for a larger family and the pool and spa is amazing...everyone loved it! The pool table and especially the Air Hockey was a BIG go to in the evenings. I loved being there -it is the perfect distance to the Gulf and also to Daytona Beach, which we did. We also need to thank John for allowing us to stay 2 extra days at the last minute when the storm hit north of Florida and we couldn't find a way to drive through it to get to Minnesota!!!

Great stay

Stayed for a week as we wanted to be centrally located to spring training ball games, Disney and the space coast to view a rocket launch. House more than met our needs with a pool, games room and fully equipped kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Close to lots of restaurants and stores. Quiet neighborhood. Only ā€œissueā€ was the amount of traffic on the Florida highways. Build extra time into your travel during peak periods. Host was great with communication and gave us a very detailed explanation of all property amenities. Would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to the area.

Everything looked like the pictures. Convenience to major highway but far enough away to be quiet. Walmart was literally around the corner for our grocery and beverage needs. We had the pool heated and even though the weather was cool it was used a lot. Hot tub was awesome! Games room was well used. We had a couple of things that needed attention and I was SO impressed with Becky!! She handled everything so quickly and pleasantly. Every service person that came by for pool and yard maintenance was friendly and not intrusive at all. We have already booked for next year. Thank you John. We really enjoyed your property,

This location was absolutely amazing! The home both inside and out were clean and well maintained. There is an open field located behind the home that was large enough for our children to play. Neighbors were very friendly and I will definitely be returning.

Great house to relax

We really enjoyed our stay. House was spacious and clean, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone in our group. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, heating temperatures were perfect. Would definitely recommend to others.

Caroline and I have been holidaying in Florida for many years. We liked the sunny climate, theme parks, golf courses, restaurants, shopping malls and Florida State Parks so much that we decided to buy are own villa and enjoy all the comforts of home in the worldā€™s favorite vacation destination. Our fully furnished vacation home gives you a spacious place to relax and amenities at a fraction of the cost of a hotel.

When sadly we have to return home and are not holidaying at our villa ourselves, as a hobby, we rent out our villa for others to enjoy.

Caroline and I pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and we consistently receive excellent feedback from our guests.

We were delighted when we were fortunate enough to get the opportunity to own and care for our villa.

Our villa is situated on the highly regarded 'Calabay Parc at Tower Lake' gated private estate close to Davenport/Haines City. It is one of Floridaā€™s newest executive gated vacation communities and is situated just south of the interchange between Interstate 4 and Highway 27. It has lots of shops and restaurants nearby and easy access to all the major attractions and malls. Disney is 15 to 20 minutes away, whilst the Gulf Coast beaches are only an hour's drive.

Walmart, Walgreen's, Publix retail outlets and take away food restaurants are 2 minutes away. There are plenty of championship quality golf courses close to the villa. One of Floridaā€™s top PGA golf courses is located at nearby Southern Dunes.

In addition, we have a very friendly, helpful, customer focused locally based management company, whose office is near our villa and so are able to respond quickly to guest queries.
