Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the confusion with the after-hours check-in procedure and understand how frustrating that must have been. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we can make instructions clearer for future guests. We’re glad to hear the kitchen was well-equipped and met your needs, and we hope the rest of your stay was enjoyable.

Thanks for the review. Glad the rental office was accommodating. Sorry the villa felt a bit outdated and that cookware was limited, and that the dishwasher wasn’t working — we passed these items to our housekeeping and maintenance teams to restock and service. We appreciate the feedback and hope to host you again.

We’re glad to know you never ran out of hot water, and that the passes to the Rec center and the crockpot were appreciated! Thank you for your helpful notes about access in snowy conditions and the change in the sectional furniture. We’d love to host you again for another fun trip, and we’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the ski experience!
