Check-in information is sent through email the day before arrival; however, at times these emails may be filtered into a guest’s spam or junk folder. We are also very sorry for the unexpected unit change and power outage concerns. The resort wanted to ensure your group had the most comfortable experience possible during your stay, which is why an alternate unit was offered upon arrival. I also apologize the heat didn’t work the first night; maintenance was notified and corrected it the next day. I’m sorry the thin walls affected your sleep; we’ll pass this to resort management to explore noise-mitigation steps and remind guests about quiet hours.
