This unit is on the 5th floor of building 4 which is which is the 4th tower from the water. This unit overlooks the Gulf of Mexico
This unit is self check in. You will be given a door code for entry in your email or inbox.
There is an elevator in this building - only 1 works at this time
Beach access is right across the street.
Parking is free with a pass from the office.
This unit has two full beds.
No Smoking allowed at any time.
Not included: beach umbrella, refill paper products and any consumable items.

This unit will not disappoint!!

I have stayed at the Bonita Beach & Tennis Club MANY times over the years but this was the first I have stayed in this unit and it exceeded my expectations. The moment we entered, we were captivated by view of the Gulf waters from the balcony. The unit was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, creating a beachy vibe and inviting atmosphere. The convenience of having beach access practically right at the doorstep without the hassle of finding a parking place at the public beach is unbeatable. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals. Additionally, there are many local restaurants within walking distance. The condo offered modern amenities, including high-speed internet and cable TV, ensuring we had all the comforts of home. I read some negative feedback before I booked this unit concerning the bathroom, but those issues apparently have been fixed and the bathroom was functional and in good repair. There are 4 high quality beach chairs, as well as various pool noodles and floats in the unit to use at the beach. We didn't need to purchase anything except food! I would definitely stay in this unit again next year! The owner was attentive and responsive, promptly addressing any questions I had and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. The unit was quiet both day and night and we didn't hear any construction noise from the work on building 5 that is still under renovation. Trust me, this unit will not disappoint!

CLEAN, GREAT LOCATION & VIEW

Great location and view. The apartment is decorated nicely and CLEAN* with everything needed for your stay. *The shower curtain rod needs to be raised so the shower curtain doesn't lay in the shower getting nasty. The bathroom is in dire need of a PROFESSIONAL update/remodel. Someone has "tried" to do it but it is not up to standards. Reminded me of my ex father-in-law's "It's good enough" attitude.

great stay at Gulf View in Paradise

March 2022 We had a wonderful time at the Condo,, our second stay at Bonita Beach and Tennis. Great location across from Doc's, beautiful sunsets, close to Barefoot beach and shopping. We used the pool and walked the beach every day. The unit was great for two people, everything we needed including beach umbrella, chairs and towels, No issues , great service, we will be back!

Donā€™t let the furniture fool you

Overall this unit is fine. It was cheaper than comparable rentals because it needs some repairs. The bathroom is pretty rough The cover over ceiling light is missing. Tile doesnā€™t cover vanity in bathroom. Whole unit would benefit from minor repairs, updated shower and paint throughout. We were there for the view and sunsets on the gulf which were amazing. I would stay there again if updated condos with a view werenā€™t available.

Good for price

It is definitely an economical choice. It felt safe, was a decent enough bed and had a fridge and stove. Basic needs met. However it wasnā€™t really up to a hotel standard even. Itā€™s a studio which isnā€™t terrible but it is paper thin walls. The neighbor upstairs had decided upon repairs about 10am which isnā€™t terrible but still just another small thing. The window blinds on the main sliding door were broken and no option to sleep blacked out. The bathroom closet is unfinished and unsafe for small children. The parking lot beach access is nice. A washer or dryer there would make it over the top great even though I understand there may not be a hook up for it however. The shower curtain needs to be a washable shower curtain. It was clearly one that has just been used there and felt unsanitary. The building has access to the public beach and that was really nice. These things I mentioned would make it 5/5 no problem. It is definitely bang for buck and we just needed something more last minute so overall it worked out.

Close to beach

The apartment was an easy walk to the beach. 3 restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was neat, plenty of kitchen essentials. The bathroom was clean but needs updated and the cupboard door needs fixed. All in all a pleasant stay and met our requirements.

Needed repairs

Although the units are nice, this one needed repairs. There were several slats missing from the vertical blinds, rigged electrical, poorly built linen area, hooks falling out of the wall, and fortunately we weren't cooking, as the kitchen was not well stocked.

the good news: great location across the street from a terrific beach; short drive to many other nice beaches; short walk to three restaurants; less expensive than other properties in the area the bad news: very basic accommodations; some tacky features like rusty toilet paper stand, missing cover plate in ceiling exposes wires and hardware, peeled baseboard paint; quite dated building; no dishwasher; no laundry in building.

Perfect vacation condo

We stayed for 4 nights and the condo was very nice. This place is perfect for shorter stays. Centrally located, close to beach. Good restaurants quite close. We would come back.

For beach lovers!

Just spent a month enjoying condo right across from beach. If you enjoy walks on the beautiful beach and watching magnificent sunsets, then you would love staying at this condo.
