Welcome to paradise! Situated on the gorgeous white sand of Southwest Florida between Fort Myers and Naples, Bonita Beach is hands down one of the most desirable vacation destinations in Florida! Located on the 6th floor of Building 4, you get a quiet location with a view of the tennis courts, pool, and bay. Enjoy free wi-fi in the unit, a comfortable king sized bed, a new sleeper sofa, a brand new bathroom, and easy elevator access to the condo.

The Beach & Tennis Club is steps from the sands of the Gulf of Mexico where you can find great seashells and see dolphins and manatees. Doc's Beach House is across the street from the club where you can enjoy great food (breakfast, lunch, or dinner) and drinks and watch a gorgeous sunset. You can also rent a wave runner, kayak, or paddle bike.

Do you enjoy playing tennis? The Beach & Tennis Club features ten beautiful Har-tru (clay) tennis courts that are free for your use as our guest. We also have two large heated swimming pools and a kiddie pool for your kids or grand kids. Also available on site are several gas barbeque grills and a hair salon.

The condo comes with everything you'll need to enjoy the beach...we provide beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella. Just pack your swimsuit and sunscreen!

Bonita Springs provides many local attractions so you may want to venture out and enjoy golf, bike riding, fishing, boating, shopping, and more.

Being disappointed

We have been to this Beach and Tennis Club several times. But this year we were very disappointed. Not knowing that the whole place was a construction site with noise every morning, No tennis courts and No pool we looked Forward to that place.

Cute Clean Condo! Buildings and Grounds are

The unit is absolutely adorable and the perfect size for a single traveler or a couple. Clean and quite comfortable. My stay was Oct. 21-25. So, after two back-to-back hurricanes the pools were full of mud, the tennis courts were ruined, the lush landscaping was destroyed and all five buildings were under construction! The owner was apparently unaware of the damage and TBH should have communicated the situation or possibly not rented the property until the construction was completed. Once the property is restored I would recommend staying here as the proximity to the beach is perfect and Docs Beach House is directly across the street! So the great location and clean, pretty studio-style unit gets high marks! But the reconstruction was a huge disappointment.

This property is located in a very convenient place. The beach is just steps away and several restraunts are near by. A lot of construction going on but understandable. We would rent from here again. Our unit was very nice and our Host was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend Vrbo here.

For a couple, this was the perfect place. Close to the beach, nice swimming pool and fully appointed unit. Would definitely stay here again.

The grounds, the condo, the location, and most of all the owner of the property were all amazing. This made for a PERFECT VACATION. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND I will be booking this location again!

Nice quiet community. From what I noticed mostly older people and families. Well kept condo with plenty of amenities. Perfect for our couples escape. Just a short walk across the street to the beach. Beautiful sunsets!!!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The condo is very clean and supplied with everything you will need for your stay. The beach and restaurants are within walking distance. Becky is quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommend this property for your trip!

Nice clean studio condo in Bonita Springs with an east/north facing balcony. Very good location across the road from the beach with Naples a half hour south and Sanibel roughly a half hour drive north thru Fort Myers beach.

Lovely condo! A ranting and would definitely come back!

Really enjoyed our stay here! For a smaller studio condo, this one has it all. The condos themselves are dated, but well taken care of. I've rented through VRBO many times, and some leave a half roll of paper towels, 1 roll of TP and 1 small trash liner and no 'home' type of feel for a week stay. This place was not the case. Having access to the owners closet made it very nice to not have to pack small items you normally don't think of for vacation. The memory foam pull out couch - uhm, not terrible, but not great and definitely not as plush as one would hope. I'm 46 and could move the next morning, so I guess it was fine. Lovely newer shower/vanity - and nicer kitchen with ample cooking/eating utensils. Becky was great on communication and other than I'm a tad OCD and other than the threshold of the shower (underneath was really moldy) - I have no complaints whatsoever about this condo and would rent again. Great price for the area and super nice to walk only a block to the beach!

Great getaway

Very well appointed condo. You definitely donā€™t need to bring towels! Beach chairs and an umbrella were much appreciated. Great location with the beach across the street. Lots of activities right there! Tennis, pickle ball and shuffleboard. Also kayak, jet ski, paddle board rentals and parasailing. Saw dolphins swimming off the beach as well. Had a wonderful stay! Becky was very attentive and replied to questions quickly! No issues at all. Thanks Becky!!

Weā€™ve stayed at other units at this property but this was the most updated by far! Lots of nice touches and great location looking out to the rear of property over looking backwater and amenities of the property.

Einfach super jederzeit gerne wieder

Super liebevoll eingerichtetes Apartment im 6. Stock mit Sonnenaufgang. Wir kommen definitiv wieder - es war unser 4. Besuch in dieser Anlage hier haben wir uns wie zu Hause GefĆ¼hlt. Es gab jede Menge Decken usw. Strand Equipment. Einzig vermisst haben wir eine Mƶglichkeit die WƤsche drauƟen aufzuhƤngen StƤnder oder Schnur mit Klammern oder so aber ganz klar gesagt jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau
