This charming semi-oceanfront townhome offers two spacious bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, providing plenty of space for relaxation and comfort. The modern kitchen is a dream, featuring sleek countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials for your stay. Enjoy your meals at the dining area, or take advantage of the outdoor patio, perfect for al fresco dining or sipping your morning coffee as you soak in the refreshing ocean breeze. After a day of sun and surf, retreat to the bedrooms, each thoughtfully decorated with comfortable bedding. Each bedroom offers comfortable bedding with its own en-suite bathroom to provide cozy accommodations for you and your family or friends.

Shorely Happy is ideally situated across the street from the beach in Kill Devil Hills, allowing you to easily access the sand and surf whenever the mood strikes. Spend your days building sandcastles, swimming in the waves, or simply lounging under the sun with a good book in hand. Beach Access: Head south along NC12 to the Clark Street Beach Access. Access offers a paved parking lot for those who choose to drive, outdoor showers, a wooden walkway and lifeguard (Summer months only).

Advance Year Bookings: Accepts Bookings within 51 Weeks in Advance

This home allows the current year's guest the first option to rebook their dates for the future year. Contact our office for details on how to book this home for next year.

Milepost: 8.5

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

The condo was a recent new construction and was located at a phenomenal location at OBX. The place was clean and had most of the essential furnishings one that one would expect. The location to the beach and the pool at the complex were nice complimentary features. The area was full of family friendly activities.
