This stunning home is the ideal retreat for your family, whether you're staying for a few days or a week. River Ritz boasts a prime location within walking distance of the ski area and right along the river, perfect for fishing off the back porch. Upon arrival, you'll have garage access and two additional parking spots. Inside, the cozy living room features a river rock wood burning fireplace and ample seating for family movie nights. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials and offers additional seating at the bar. The dining table seats 6 and provides views of the back porch. The master bedroom, with a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom, is located on the main floor. Upstairs, a loft area with two queen murphy beds overlooks the living room, with two additional bedrooms each featuring a queen bed and en suite bathroom. River Ritz has everything you need for a memorable vacation in Red River. Enjoy your stay!
**Please note that four-wheel drive is recommended in winter due to potential snow accumulation along the driveway.

Perfect Get-away

The location of the house was great. We enjoyed the creek behind us and the pond in front of us. The house had plenty of room for us to spread out. Would definitely stay here again.

Great for family and skiers!

Check in was a breeze. The size of the property was perfect for our family. It was convenient to ski lifts, too. Everyone had their own space with plenty of room to gather as a family in the open kitchen/dining/ living area. I think the patio would be great in the summer and fall. Would definitely stay here again!

Great time

Everything is right there! House was as listed very well. Master shower was a pain adjusting hot/cold. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Summer vacation

We just returned from Red River and really enjoyed staying at this property. It is perfect for large families or groups. It is well furnished, nicely decorated and has everything you may need. We loved the location in town - everything is walkable from the property. Will definitely be back. Thank you.

Beautiful home away from home

Near to everything, very comfortable for my whole family- 11 members in all. We enjoyed the open 2 story floor plan, the large wooden back deck (complete with the river babbling just behind), and the large front porch with chairs facing the pond. A fully stocked kitchen allowed for family sized meal preparation so we could all dine in together and all have seating available as well. Three and a half bathrooms. We also found the washer and dryer to be very useful.

Great location, deck

All was good except there isn't a shower in master and the hot water valve handle was stripped. The water only came out of sprayer hose not faucet. We reported and hopefully it is repaired now

Great house! Perfect location!

We had a great summer vacation at the River Ritz! We had two families of 4 and had plenty of room! The location is awesome. The kids loved fishing right outside the front door, and the Pioneer Flyer right there as well. Everything is walkable, you're right in town. The house is great - perfect layout. The back deck is huge and right on the river for kids to play around in. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Living room is comfortable and plenty of seating. Only thing is that the master bath doesn't have a shower, so we would go upstairs to one of the kids rooms every time to shower. Kind of a pain but it was fine. Overall we had a great week and plan to come back!

Nice Stay

We enjoyed the location. It was great to walk to the slopes. We only had a family of 5 so we had plenty of room for eveyone to spread out and have their own space. We had to leave a day early and when I tried to return the keys and let the propery manager know we had to leave the office door was locked and they were away at a showing. I tried calling and received no answer; however I received a text message asking me to let them know what I needed. I replied to the message letting them know we had to leave early and that I had left the keys in their drop box. No reply........

We enjoyed our stay but there are opportunities for improvement. Many windows and the sliding glass doors don't have any sort of blinds or shades. Besides the privacy concerns it made the downstairs areas cold, had to crank the heat up. The kitchen and laundry appliances are due for an upgrade. Same for the pots/pans. The shower controls in the main bathroom are temperamental. My wife gave up and took baths. Most investment properties like this have key codes rather than physical keys. This makes check in easier and easier when guests are different schedules. Had to hide a key under a flower pot. Great location for skiing, can walk to the lifts. We went in the winter but that deck, right off the river, would be awesome in the summer. We would consider this property again the next time we are in the area.

Great location!!

Nice spacious house with well provided kitchen. Hot water in showers was a bit tricky to adjust, but it worked just fine in the long run.

Wonderful House

We had a great time! This home is beautiful and in a great location! We had 6 adults and 5 children and were all quite comfortable! They provided all the linens and necessities to make travel easy. We’d love to stay here again!

Family ski trip

The property was in a great location and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The description of the master bath was a bit misleading. It was very difficult to use. The sign on the wall said not to get water on the wall, however if the shower head was placed in the bracket it shot straight out. The water would also shut off mid shower and switch to the tub faucet. It was less than ideal and pretty disappointing. It seems it could easily be remedied. Also, there were no cleaning supplies. If the guests are asked to leave the kitchen clean, some type of cleaning supplies would be helpful.

Perfect Location in Red River

This home is in the ideal spot in Red River! The river is just a few feet from the river and the fishing ponds are across the street from the front door. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for our party of 5. Kitchen utensils need some updating as well as some serving bowls but plenty of coffee cups, salad plates and dinner plates. The broken windows need to be addressed as well as the broken hot water faucet in the downstairs bedroom. Several towel racks need to be reattached to the wall also. Overall a nice place to stay!

Great location in Red River

Nice accommodations with plenty of bed space. We arrived during a heat wave and several windows were not properly working and could not be opened. I would not recommend to anyone with limited mobility. The unit had a downstairs bedroom but the master bath is not accommodating and is very high to step into with no shower. Nice place just needs a little attention to upkeep.

Perfect for family gathering

Perfect summer vacation spot. Great location and layout. Convenient walking distance to about everything in town. The house sleeps several people comfortably. Plenty of bathrooms. Great kitchen and open living area. Back deck was amazing!
