The updated kitchen and adjacent dining area offer a perfect space to prepare and savor delicious meals while creating lasting memories in the common room. The living space, adorned with a spacious sectional, provides ample room to gather for movies or games on the TV. The downstairs "mountain-themed" living room boasts a cozy couch and entertaining features like foosball and shuffleboard. With three bedrooms on the main level, including two kings and one queen, and an additional three bedrooms on the lower level with two kings and one queen, all with generous storage, this home accommodates up to 12 guests effortlessly. The newly remodeled bathrooms are fully stocked for your convenience. Outside, the large backyard beckons relaxation in the hot tub or enjoying drinks on the patio. The second living area is designed for ultimate relaxation with another comfortable sectional sofa, a smart TV for movie nights, and added entertainment with foosball and shuffleboard—creating an ideal space for movies and lively gatherings. Both spaces ensure a cozy and versatile atmosphere for your enjoyment.

The home has an attached garage space with room for one(1) car as well as additional parking space on the driveway.

The spacious backyard, framed by the scenic Denver landscape, creates a versatile space for both unwinding and entertaining, combining the allure of a hot tub retreat with the simple pleasures of a hammock, making it an outdoor oasis.

• SECURITY & SAFETY FEATURES •
Our property is equipped with external security cameras to ensure guest safety. Rest assured, no cameras are present inside the home. Please also note that we have noise monitoring devices that do not record audio. Additionally, smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are provided for your safety.

• OTHER AMENITIES •
The home comes with improved and high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, hairdryers. iron and iron board and smart TV with streaming apps.

• FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS •
1. Can I check-in early?
• We'll have to confirm a time the night before or the morning of your arrival, pending the cleaning schedule and the status of the house. It is best to scheduled for 4PM check-in in case we're unable to. Of course, we'll do our best to make it happen, though! 

2. Do you have a luggage storage?
• We don't have a secure luggage storage to store your luggage. Bagbnb offers convenient luggage storage locations throughout, including spots near popular attractions and transportation hubs. You can easily find the nearest available storage spot by visiting their website or using their app.

3. Do you offer daily clean?
• We don't offer daily housekeeper however, if you need it, we can certainly make arrangements for an additional cost

4. Do you replace towels and sheets?
• We don't usually replace towels and sheets. We'd be glad to schedule a light clean with towels and sheets replacement for an extra fee.

5. Do you replenish supplies?
• Our homes are self-catering. We are happy to provide you with the initial supplies to get you started. Once that runs out, you'll need to purchase more on your own.

• ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT THE HOME
- Landscaper: A landscaper will be on property to maintain property grounds. They will not be accessing the home.

- Pre Check-in Form: Guests will be required to fill out a pre check-in form which will require additional documents to validate age and card used for the reservation prior to arrival. Guests booked through Airbnb are not required to fill out the pre-check-in form.

- Rental Agreement: Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to arrival. Guests booked through Airbnb are not required to sign the Rental Agreement.

- Visits and Property Access: We will always notify in advance should there be a need to access the homes and no one will ever enter without your approval. An exception is if there is a fire or life-threatening situations in the home.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have the exclusive use of the entire home, ensuring privacy and comfort.
