The calm colors of this first floor, 3 bedroom/2 bath, pool view flat create a refreshing vacation oasis. The living room has a large flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. The atrium/sun room is a spacious, relaxing area to entertain family and friends and share meals around the table which comfortably seats 6. The master bedroom has a King as well as TV. One guest bedroom has a Queen and a TV, and the other guest bedroom has cheery decor and twin bunk beds. The large, ground floor patio has an area for lounging and an area to dine al fresco while overlooking the lagoon pool. For your convenience, the unit has a full sized washer/dryer, 2 hair dryers, and is WiFi enabled. And of course, a stroll down the boardwalk through the gazebo brings you to the beautiful St. Augustine Beach and Atlantic Ocean. So bring your beach towels and come relax and have fun. *Small breed dogs allowed only with prior approval*

The host was great! Quick to respond to questions! We were missing a frying pan and they dropped one off the next day! There was also a wasp nest when we got there they came and took care of the next day, as well as a slat broke on the bunk bed they came and repaired! The condo was clean and had everything we needed! The linens for the bed were a little worn and maybe could be replaced but overall enjoyed our stay and will probably come again! This was our second time staying at ocean villas! Different condos both times! Same host! Great both times!!!

Great condo and location

Condo was very cozy and the location was wonderful. Heated pool was nice and we used it often. Would recommend for families and would stay there again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice unit. Things we love about this unit, 3rd bedroom has a bunk twin over a full for more sleeping space, enclosed patio the is air conditioned and large laundry room. Unit was very clean. One drawback was the bar stools seemed unsteady on the tile floor. Just had to be very careful.Great and fun week!

Great Location & Beach Access

The unit is very spacious & well-appointed. It has great access to the pool(s) & beach and close to shopping & restaurants. We appreciated the large living area & rear patio. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the primary bathroom shower handle is very difficult to use: has become separated from the wall of the shower making it difficult to operate. The remote for the primary bedroom ceiling fan was dead, so in order to operate, we had to swap the good battery from the living room remote to adjust. The kitchen garbage cans are on a slide-out mechanism at the base of a cabinet. The slide-out was loose/coming apart, preventing use because the cans cannot slide back into the cabinet & allowing the door to fully close; we had to keep one of the cans outside the cabinet at all times. We could not find any replacement garbage bags anywhere in the condo, so we had to purchase our own along with extra toilet paper and paper towel. This is a little unusual for a rental property to not stock at least a few extra of these basic items (especially garbage bags). If they were in the unit we could not locate them. The kitchen was not stocked with some basic utensils - such a spatula (for flipping pancakes). There was also no spray cleaners to wipe down counters.If there were just one or two minor issues, I would give it a five-stars, but these issues added up & dampered our experience a bit. If you are going to stay at this Ocean Villa unit be prepared to shop for basic essentials.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location and ocean villas in general! It was perfect to be able to take our dogs and family for the stay. Our biggest complaint is locking and unlocking the front door it is not a quick easy process like it should be. Other than that we all loved our stay and the rental company makes it a breeze to book and it is nice to work with a company of a few people with less fees versus vrbo or Airbnb. Our second time booking with resort rentals and ocean villas and we will probably always go this route when coming to visitA

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Ocean Villas for several decades and have always enjoyed our stay. The condos, including Unit 91 are always clean and comfortable. We visit Old St. Augustine and always have a family dinner at the Columbia House. This year we discovered a new restaurant for catering - La Cocina. It was fantastic.We went at the end of July and I'm sure the condo had a lot of use - Just wanted to point our a few items that the owners might want to address:1. Cabinet door to trash cans is broken2. Dishwasher is slanted and not secure3. Left side of sofa is damaged4. Washing machine is still leaving small black marks on clothing5. Electric grill is hidden behind a bush and in need of deep cleaning6. Toilet rim in master BR was not cleaned7. Vacuuming needed under the bedsNone of these things interfered with our stay and we will consider this unit again in the future.
