The house was as advertised. Easy to find and easy entry.Hosts were super responsive to all y inquiries. They were in contact with us every day to make sure we had everything we needed.Great view of the golf course.It was a pleasure to stay here and we would consider staying here again.

The house was not in a clean condition. Dusty below the couches. Previously cleaned laundry not even emptied from the laundromat. Dead flies on walls and in window shutters. Dusty window shutters.trash not thrown away fromThe play room. Overall not a clean property. Also no gas lighter to light the grill.

I do want to note that during your stay, we checked in with you after your arrival to make sure everything met your expectations and to see if you needed anything. At that time, no cleanliness concerns were mentioned. If we had been made aware of any issues during your stay, we would have been happy to arrange for our cleaning team to return promptly and address them. After check-out, we’ve heard about these concerns. we weren’t given the opportunity to inspect or resolve the issues while you were staying at the property, There were no other pictures than these two pictures with dead flies, it was hard for us to verify. Only stayed for 2 nights while working on the area. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy this great house. It was as described in the VRBO app. Plenty of room. Super clean. The neighborhood is like a wildlife sanctuary!

Loved the location. Three bedroom, three bath perfect for our family. Enjoyed the house. The instructions in the binder should probably be updated.

Great family vacation home and spot

Jake and Michelle are fantastic hosts. They were responsive and helpful. The house was perfect for our family with 3 kids. The kids enjoyed playing in the game room and eating dinner outside overlooking the golf course was a nice way to end each day. Pine Mountain Lake is a fun place for a family with kids. So much to do with a great beach, fishing, archery, paddle boats, pickleball and more. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is wonderful, just a short walk from Dunn beach and in a nice quiet neighborhood close to the PML entrance. The house has a great layout, with a bathroom for every bedroom, open concept kitchen, and a nice big game room. We spent most mornings and evenings relaxing and eating on the big back patio and watched the geese and deer walk by. The beds were comfy, particular the one in the primary suite. We all slept really well! Our host was very communicative and happy to help with any questions or issues! Some tips for fellow travelers: bring ear plugs for sleeping (the floor can get creaky, particularly in the bottom bedroom) and lots of beach towels! We would love to stay here again! :) Thank you!!

Wonderful house, would stay again

Communication with the owner was super fast, they would respond with the hour. The house is right on a golf course which is scenic morning walk. There is a one time fee per car to park in the neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. A little more than an hour drive to the visitor center of Yosemite. House is nearby a pizza place and a small grocery store which has everything you would need for a short stay. Had plenty of time to explore yosemite and then come back and cook dinner. Easily fit 6 adults each to their own bed

I want to say our overall experience was good and communication with the host is top of the line. We enjoyed our stay here. The living room is beautiful/clean. The tv worked great. The blanket in the living room has burn holes in it. The dining room sits 6 and is perfect. We cooked at least one meal everyday in the kitchen. It is k cup only No large coffee pot It’s stocked with all the essential cooking tools. There are no spices to cook with and no salt shaker. I personally think the kitchen and pantry could be cleaner. The downstairs bedroom (with two beds) was very comfortable. Mattress’s are great. The room was very clean. It gets hotter in this room than any other room in the house. The game room was beautiful and very clean. The poker table as shown in pictures is actually the kitchen table with the poker table on top which is behind the couch in the game room. The downstairs bathroom was clean and the water was nice and hot and had good pressure. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and is very spacious. There were no pillows on the bed other than the sham pillows and there was no sheet. Just the fitted sheet and comforter. 3rd room was clean and comfy. Upstairs bathrooms were great. Garage is a wreck. The dryer is duct taped in order to keep shut and was full of half wet linen. We couldn’t find any wash clothes or dish towels in the house and purchased our own, but found them in dirty laundry and washed them. Property is fabulous outside and great location.

Hi Sasha, We really appreciate for you feedbacks. We will make efforts to make better. Just wondering which room did you say no pillows and sheets? I do see pillows in each rooms though from these pictures that sent out from the cleaner from each cleanings. This place was beautiful and so much fun! Just a five min drive from the lake and the little grocery store in town. We could tell that the owners knew how important a clean house is for their guests because this place was exceptionally clean! We also loved that it can be pet-friendly if we needed to bring our dog. We had a party of 10 and we all fit very comfortably, not to mention each room had its own bathroom! The best part was seeing 9-10 deer roaming around on the golf course in the back yard. Hosts were very easy to get ahold of and responded quickly. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great weekend!
